Zhongli doesn't HATE Hu Tao he finds her childish and sometimes annoying, but I don't think he feels HATE, more like a non fitting personality for him. Hu tao and Zhongli are very close so if Zhongli didn't like her he wouldn't work with her in the first place. Xingqiu doesn't hate her at all. I can't say he likes her, I think he just doesn't really understand her but he tries his best to. He understands that everyone has different methods and as long as it's not illegal he is ok. Xinyan doesn't really care about Hu Tao, she thinks she is a bit weird and bizarre, but not always in a bad sense. Like Xingqiu she just can't understand her but as long as she doesn't annoy, she is OK. Yanfei likes Hu Tao and she tries to make people understand that it's a necessity to be prepared for death. She didn't say anything bad about her. Xiangling is a bit annoyed by her, but she does something useful so, ye it's not a big deal. I would say they are pretty close and xiangling probably thinks of her as an annoying little sister. Chongyun and Qiqi do hate Hu Tao for personal reasons.
