Well said, Andy! So eloquently put! i am so glad your video popped up unexpectedly on here. I myself am learning Pyrography, and now leatherwork, and I have taken onboard all you said, especially about fear of failure and children and tech. Keep up the good work!

@keithmagill4848 Thanks for the kind words. Have lots of projects big and small in the pipeline. A Leatherworking 101 absolute beginners project should be next weeks video. :)

Hi Andy well said. I'm already 60yrs old when I looked back of my early years, I did model painting then woodworking to metal in school. Also a trained craftsman in tool-making. I noticed these days kids lack such a wonderful skillsets. Yup, I have a small single bedroom turned into a workshop with all the small machines within. I could spend whole day there. I look forward to more videos from you. Thanks for the good pointers for all the makers have yet to be!

@stewanish I too did Metal Working in 1st year of senior school and woodwork in the 2nd. We also did sewing in the first year as well. I think mum still has the apron I made for her that year.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. Means a lot. Thanks. ;)
