Glad you liked it! Creamed corn is actually pretty easy to make if you don't have it. You simply take half of regular corn, puree it in a food processor/blender and mix it back together with the remaining whole corn. Looks lovely. Gonna have to find alternatives to creamed corn and the muffin mix though. We don't have those over here.
