Season 2 is going to be ten times better. The first season barely had any animation, most of the backgrounds were CGI, and a few cool moments were just slow-motion manga-style still frames. Now that the show has gained popularity and attention, they'll invest more into it, so the next season will definitely be a big improvement

Watch the trailer to ss1, ep 1 of ss1 and the openings. They are capable of doing good animation, they just don't put any work into the show. Look at how chigiri slide into the screen like png. I legit can do the same thing. They don't need bloody jjk animation but this is just straight up garbage
@@mebingoo The animation in season 1 was only crazy in episode one, the other episodes were B tier with a couple of well animated scenes. PLUS the INSANE amount of CGI and still motioned animated scenes. Season 2 hasn't even been realeased yet, and you guys are acting like this is the worst thing you have ever seen. And like I said, blue lock was never an inccredibly well animated anime. Everyone watches it for plot and characters lets b honest. And idk why you guys are complaining, like at the end of the day you're gonna watch it anyways.
@vaivex_ I dropped after 6 eps cuz of animation lol, and ye I wouldn't be too crazy about the animation if the Manga wasn't a peace of art. But the manga panels are too much of a masterpiece to do this kinda shifty animation.
