I always love to hear Allison talk about her dolls because she has such diverse tastes and clearly loves them all. I recently ordered Makena from American Girl, and she is still $65 on the website until the end of January or she sells out. There are also several other dark skin tone dolls for the sale price.

I feel like this was a missed opportunity. As much as I love both Alison and Rachel’s channels, it would have been great to give a platform to a black/POC collector/content creator who could talk about what it means to them to have representation in the doll world. It would have added a huge layer to this discussion. And diversity in the doll community is important also.

Our recent videos featuring Allison were simply a result of her having some new dolls to share with us. That said, we’re eager to broaden our horizons and include more voices and perspectives. Rachel and Allison, I really enjoyed learning so much about these African American Dolls🤗🤗!!! So much variety in the style of each Doll, it opens up a whole new world of Dolls😃😃!! In the first set of Dolls my favorites are: The Cinderella Doll with her stunningly gorgeous sapphire earrings💙💙 and sapphire stones in her crown💙💙💙, her face is beautiful, and I so LOVE ❤❤ her hair style and Health Root Zoey with her beautiful sweet face 💜💜with eyes that look full of innocence💜💜💜💜💜!!! However, I do not mean to be rude, but I do not like the Fresh Doll Love Lady Doll's face because she looks too much like Cher and I do not like Cher. No offense intended. I had a Cher Doll as a Child and I am so glad to have gotten rid of her. However, I do LOVE Love Lady Dolls stunningly gorgeous purple dress because like you Allison, my favorite color is purple💜💜💜!!!! And I so LOVE Paola Reina Doll because her face is so beautiful and full of innocence💖💖💖💖💖!! I so LOVE Paola Reina's lips and eyes, she is a work of art💖💖💖!!!! And you all know that Robert Tonner' Neema is always a favorite because she is stunningly beautiful💖💖💖💖💖!!! And although I am not really into wooden dolls, there is something really sweet about the wooden doll Lorena💖💖 made by the Romanian Artist!!! I apologize that I can not spell the Romanian doll Artist's name!!! And again, I can not spell the Brazilian Artist's name, but I really also LOVE Laura who is a very beautiful Doll with nice beautiful eyes and lips!!! The resin just makes Laura glow💖💖💖💖💖!!! Thank you Rachel and Allison, I have learned so much about these beautiful, elegant, sweet, and innocent looking diverse African American Dolls💖💖💖💖💖💖💖!!!!
