Probably my favorite episode of super. Beerus reaffirmed in this episode why he is my favorite character in dragonball and little trunks giving big trunk a reality check was awesome. Can definitely see which one grew up with vegeta

I just randomly realized this watching this video talking bout the trunk vs trunks fight and am I tripping or did we never see the orgin of kid trunks first time going super sayian? Like we see him go super sayian in the training room with Vegeta ( hit me I'll take you to the park scene) and before that Vegeta talking trash about how he's to young ECT, and then trunk says guess I'll go super and then turns and later confirms goten can do it to then later on we see how goten transformed from chichi training but it never shows kid trunks going super sayian for the FIRST time.
I have been waiting for you guys to get to this particular episode. This and of course, at least two other future ones.

Right. The show’s explanation makes no sense at all. Black shouldn’t even exist because the whole reason Zamasu created Black was because of his fight with Goku. But Goku only fought Zamasu because Black showed up and Beerus noticed the similar ki.

Future Trunks is much more like Future Gohan because he trained him and Little Trunks is also more like Vegeta of course. Gohan was basically Future Trunks big brother.
That movie is called haka, any racist you from existence, even your soul, so you don't go to heaven or hell, all the guards possessed that ability😊

The way you tried to logic out "because he's dead in the present, he should be dead in the future." is incorrect. It's not like back to the future where there was one linear timeline... it is an alternate timeline, meaning destroying the zamasu in this timeline does not affect the other timeline... Unless, like Beerus there is some special characteristic about the way a destroyer destroys.
Except Beerus is right in this situation, the only reason Black survives is due to the time ring which he explains next ep. Future Zamasu survives because the super dragon balls made him immortal
Plus the time ring protects black from changes to time. Beerus broke the causal loop
