Can I directly install na Magisk. Im using Mi 14 ultra CN Rom
For installing Magisk, bootloader must be unlocked then its better to flash TWRP recovery from that recovery install Magisk
Uninstalling powerkeeper app will effect any other things?

dont need root to uninstall powerkeeper. It can be uninstalled using debloat apps for windows easily.
Not possible in every HyperOS as for me it didn't worked, but if its working for you that's good.

It is possible to uninstall using ADB in MIUI but not in HyperOS. Xiaomi locked ADB uninstallation of system apps via ADB for some reason.
