১৯৮৫ থেকে ২০১৪ সাল পর্যন্ত প্রায়ই এখানে খেয়েছি। একদম সকালে ১০ নাগাদ হাল্কা মাছের ঝোল ভাত। দুপুরে পমফ্রেট মাছ আর পাঁঠার মাংস.... অপূর্ব! দুপুরে যে দিদি থাকতেন খুব যত্ন করে খাওয়াতেন। জানিনা এখন সেই স্বাদ আর আছে কিনা! আবার যাবার ইচ্ছা রইলো।

আমার মাও এরকম পরিপাটি করে রান্না করতেন,এখন অবশ্য উনুনে রান্না হয় না কিন্তু আমার স্ত্রীও মায়ের ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় রেখেছে ফলে হোটেলে খাওয়ায় সুজোগ হয় না তবে একবার ইয়ং বেঙ্গল হোটেলে খাওয়ায় ইচ্ছে রইলো, সময় সুযোগ পেলে অবশ্যই একদিন খেতে যাব।
