I don’t think people are afraid of Tyson because he’s unpredictable or unstable or a danger to anyone for no reason. They’re scared of him because when they cross a line, unlike everyone else. He doesn’t care about your social status, how much money you have, if you’re on tv, interviewing him live in a studio, on a private jet, on the streets, or in the ring. In his world or yours. He’s authentic to himself he won’t let you treat him lesser or use him. He sees right through it. It seems like he can always sense whether someone is being real or authentic. If you try to pull one over on him or make him/someone he cares about look or feel small or stupid. Right then and there he’s gonna call you on your bullshit and tell you how he feels about it. He doesn’t care who you are. He treats everyone the same. THAT is what is rare imo in Mike Tyson. Seems like that is what scares people about Mike. They try and pull one over on him and right away he stops it/you in your tracks to address it. Doesn’t make him unpredictable or unstable, it makes YOU (or the person and people around him) get on his level of realness and transparency. Hardly anyone is comfortable doing that.
