Testosterone varies from day to day, and from hour to hour. One morning your are 19 nmol/l and the next morning you are 23 nmol/l because you had a better night sleep, etc. That's why multiple blood tests are required for doctors to diagnose low testosterone.
So im at 20.9 nmol/l which is 602 ng/dl at 21 years old I lift 5 times a weeks and eat well is that good, I feel its low for someone 21???

Same over here, I am 35 and my levels are bit lower than yours. I am looking for a hospital in EU that could do in depth diagnosis. I might need to get to test Thyroid function TSH, t3&t4, however also I feel like pituitary gland MRI imaging might be neccesary too, before getting on trt. Trt is just a plaster withouth understanding the real underlying cause.

Just had mine done, 32 year old male. lift several times a week and eat/sleep healthy and only 12.6 nmol/L
It’s important to check total T and free T levels. I’m 32 and my total is 561 and free is 101.5. I don’t even work out or sleep more than 6 hours per night. Just try to eat healthy and take my daily supplements.
Total test and free test are measured in different units. Free test is usually 1 to 2 % of total test. So units to units, your free test is 10.5 which is 2%. Hope that makes sense.

I can build mass quite easily in my traps, forearms, and calves. The biggest factor is androgen sensitivity. My free T levels are above avg but nothing too significant. I also have high DHT levels (80 ng/dl) and high estradiol (40-60 pg /ml).

The time of the also matters, try getting your bloodwork done early morning fasted between and you'll be definitely surprised by the results:)

@Very Good overall testosterone has nothing to do with how you look, if you have crappy androgen receptors even with high testosterone you won’t look great. I’m 6’2 210 probably 13 percent body fat

Varicocel have no thing to do with testosterone level i have varicocel in both and my left testicle get damaged .my t testosterone is between 23 and 28 .also 95% of pepole have t testosterone less than 33 nmol
What is varicocel? Anything to do with varicose veins?
Varicocele, similar to varicose veins in a the legs are just a sign or poor circulation. The veins dilate causing blood to pool in the testicle veins. They only slightly effect testosterone.
