Thanks so much for these great videos. Would you please do a video breaking down escaping knee on belly? I am an 8 month white belt and knee on belly feels like an awkward position for me where I feel relatively safe and wait for my opponent to go to mount where I know what to do to escape (thanks especially to your great videos!!!) But if they stay in the knee on belly position none of the escapes I have seen really work for me (I'm sure I am missing key details) or I enter analysis paralysis because there are so many different escapes that are taught for that position. Thanks again for the great content!
Hello Chris, thank you for watching my video:) Knee on belly is not particularly effective as a static position is more of a transitional one. If you have instagram Dm me on @bart_the_grappler and we can talk more about it :)
Nice details. Hopefully to see you at open mat soon.
