Probably the hardest thing I ever did as a kid was beating this game on every difficulty. Took me several years as a kid, but I swear I'll never do it again. You're crazy Doto, but that's what we all like about you. Keep up the great content bro👍
Cell sometimes sounds like imperfect Cell because the japanese VA only had 1 voice. With each transformation in english, his voices changes. So there are some default voice files for imperfect cell that appear in perfect Cells form because in japanese there was no need to revoice a line.
There's only one Voice Track for him in battle so all his folly is the Imperfect Cell Folly which is hilarious to me. He does have moments where they can add extra lines which is how we got the Give Me That Stupid Energy though.
I remember in the first Budokai, all of Cell's transformations sounded like his first form in English. The only exception was when he used the Spirit Bomb, Cell would briefly scream in his Perfect voice, "THANKS FOR THE ENERGYYYYY!!".
Hes so satisfying to watch struggle at this, because he doesnt get mad or overly rage he just gets surprised by how good the AI is and actually tries to win. Theres No fake overreacting and its great and genuine

Doto I don't know if you already know this, but with super dragon fist and any combo move like that if you keep pressing circle you can continue the move, you also have to press forward and circle to finish the combo.
Bro i think i have a tip for ya:you're probably canceling with X if you're playing with ps controller idk which button it is on Xbox or other controllers. I would recommend to adjust your settings ingame so that you can use your guard button easier while comboing. For canceling you have to press guard DURING your charge attack and that is very hard with the standard guard button. I personally would put it on R1 if you play with Ps controller :)

Cancelling the kick that sets the opponent up for the Kiai wave lets you take advantage of the juggle state easier, which can lead to an infinite death combo if you happen to dizzy your opponent. You can work cancels in there if you’re feeling fancy, but honestly, PPPPEEE/(E) alone on repeat is enough to loop enemies into submission. That being said, the Kiai wave looks awesome, so…pros and cons.
Some more tips to help the no skill buying run (a.k.a. the content run; a.k.a the hero run): - Goku also has →PKK as a easy combo to cancel - Super dragon fist is a rekka, just keep pushing the ki button to keep it going (EDIT: every hit on super dragon fist besides the finisher is chargeable, so you can guard cancel) - Kick and Ki button together is another grab that puts the other player in the ground, you can also mash the ki button to more damage - If you forget the "invencibility mode" that you were using to block Cell's spirit bomb, it's holding block and then hold the charge button (iirc if you block normal attacks with it, it raises your stun bar faster) - a better way to avoid the ultimates is to press guard and ↓ or ↑ at the same time to do a quick sidestep - unlike budokai 1-3, you can cancel ANY part of a combo string into a ki special (kamehameha, dragon fist, etc.) EDIT: you can't cancel a string into a ultimate, unless you use guard cancel - while holding guard, if you press down twice you can use itens that you can buy and equip, but if you don't have any itens, you do a taunt that takes off one ki bar from the ai
Also, Goku’s PKK cancel mentioned above, and it has a built-in backdash before he actually does the elbow, which is itself cancelable so you can even use it as a feint or an armored mobility tool to get out of weird spots. Extremely good button.
All the Buus are gonna toy with Doto's mind, especially without skills. Gotta say, I played up to the Buu Saga without skills the first time I beat the game, but it was on normal. lol Well Doto, you should replay the game for the extra missions, there are some really cool missions there, also some additional "Breathtaking" CGIs.

Oh so that's what was up with this game... I only played this game once. It was at the a girlfriend's house. I got there and her little brother was playing this game. He was losing badly to Kid Buu in the final fight on Very Easy. He asked me to beat it for him, and since I was pretty good at Budokai 3 I figured it shouldn't be a problem. Kid Buu proceeded to destroy me, on Very Easy, for the next 30 minutes or so... I guess the kid never knew about equipping stuff.
Doto, quick pro tip: when you use moves like Super Dragon Fist you need to keep pressing ⭕️ or ‘e’ (energy blast) to keep the move going. Other characters have moved like that with Vegeta being one of them

I can honestly only assume he is purposefully not using any sort of real combo so that the attempts are harder. Like my guy is good at DBFZ so a punch punch kick kick kick combo should be thrown in at SOMEPOINT, but idk maybe Deion challenged him to complete it with no real combos🤷♂️

When you're facing Gohan in the time chamber, I literally hated it. In Budokai 3, I didn't have a hard time, but Infinite World. I was pissed. This game is dumb, stupid, ridiculous on hard mode. I seriously commend you for doing playing this game on hard difficulty first time through. You chose stress for breakfast.
