Hi I found you on you tube in May, and have been making cards from your project sheets ever since. The split front is a favorite and I have sent several of them to family and friends. I love the calm way you do the demonstrations. Thank you for the inspiration. By the way I'm in England.
Hi Christine, I'm glad you are enjoying the cards and I agree, the split front is a favorite of mine as well. Thanks for your sweet comment, so glad you are watching from England. Card making brings us closer and makes the world smaller :)
Some of my embossing folders have a slit at the top that you can feed the paper through. I have also made a slit in the top of one or two that didn’t have one. That, for me, is easier than flipping it over and trying to line it up.
Beautiful cards. I am new to your channel. I was looking for new card designs and come across you. I have subbed and I have printed out this card instruction along with the split front card. When I make them I will be sure to mention where I got them from. Thank you for these. TFS
I just followed your RUclips video, cut, scored and cut again while following along. However, my center with the card folded is off, not centered as it appears in your video. Is it supposed to be centered or a tad off?
Hi Vicki, I'm not sure exactly what you mean but when the card is folded closed, the point of the triangle should be in the center of the card....where the top part of the folds overlap and create a triangle. The front panels when folded may look a little off because of the angles. I hope this makes sense and helps.
I’m not great with measurements, but could you possibly cut your DSP at a bit of an angle instead of straight down the middle and get it to fit both sides of your card?
Hi Julie, that might work. I would suggest that you use some scrap paper to play with it to see how it will work. You can then use that as a template once you have it cut the way you want it. I hope this helps.

Thanks Bonnie for the tip, I appreciate it and will have to give it a try.
Beautiful cards! Love this fold - I’ll have to try it. The pretty peacock one is my favorite!
