He said it at the end of the scene where he told the story about Manson & his followers who killed pregnant Sharon Tate and her friends, hence the refrence " Night of a thousand Tates " . Gary says it as well in the scene inside the planned parenthood when he realizes that he is about to be killed by Kai and the cult.

I don't know what else to say except I have a giant sh*tty grin on my face and there might be something wrong with me. lol has to be the most twisted season yet! oh I know he said that, I just assumed he said " A night of a thousand taints" or something because of women lmao :)
He called it "Tates" because the last name of the people that Manson's cult killed was Tate
