What I love best - aside from all the yummy ingredients, is that these are pretty much hand made..No machines, except of course, for the mixers. Real people, very skilled ones I must say, are there, doing the work of crafting these lovely desserts.
I honestly love anything milk-flavored. I’m also a fan of banana milk, which I think is very popular in South Korea. It’s just so cool to see the behind the scenes process of making these types of food.

We call it a chiffon cake here in the US, great recipe! Only thing I would have done different was to use a strainer in the beginning with the eggs to avoid the extra step of removing yolks. Thank you for sharing.😁

My mum was a baker she made milk cream fir inside her cakes i never got the baking bug after her and she's no longer with us now I can picture the taste to this day

I would never trust myself to crack three dozen eggs and then scoop out the yolks whole. I think that baker has been in the kitchen for a few years.

Тесто- бисквит. Только вот выпекают его на водяной бане. Крем-пломбир(погуглите). По этому принципу мороженое делают
