I still listen this almost every night for a year now. And I was already a year on this path by myself. I had to kill that lust beast in me. I gave it too much freedom for a few years and it almost destroyed my body. Ended up burned out completely. I found myself walking through the valley of darkness. I started my recovery by retaining, detoxing and starving the animal desires. I was released, felt that freedom for the first time in my life at 43. I can say I’m a grown man now. My body recovered in 2 years. I’m back on track. Now I teach young men what I would have wanted to know in my youth.

I feel so bad because of that wet dream. I am literally sorry to my self. I was in day 40 I felt like beeing one with god. I do belive there is the chakra system. My sakral chakra needs to regenerate so the others can open again. Its just unfair. I dont feeling like that. I came across the practice of brahmacharya by Swami Sivinanda a couple years ago and this is all life changing. I definitely have learned to control it, but haven't been able to eradicate it completely yet. I will though.

I have heard caloric restriction does extend life but have also heard caloric restriction has negative effects on attractiveness/mate selection in animals, anyway perhaps I’ll research it more later. Back in the days of my first months of semen retention I became really aggressive. I even had some fights and argued a lot with small minded people. These people still annoy me to this day, but I got used to it kind of… a great part semen retention is that you get nice charisma. Use that to outsmart those people. Still sometimes I have this urge for revenge and shouting at the person. I think we as man were never designed to work like that - or to tolerate such behavior. We ARE fighters! Use that energy to outsmart people. But look I am still angry at that women, for not beeing nice. I trrated her nice, was friendly said hi, literally didnt ignore her, but well at this market they are always like that, will never go there anymore. Keep your distance to those bad persons, that ruin your day! Sometimes you can say your opinion, sometimes you dont - just keep your distance. In a world where everybody seems to masturbate and has become weak, you need to become a beacon of light! Try to help brothers who have the potential.

The only thing I think is off in this vast amount of fantastic information is the suggestion to consume meats. I think as consciousness ascends--and when one is on the journey long enough, the horrific energy associated with meat--and their traumatic ways of being collected--becomes as clear as day. This year I really began to understand how immeasurable the suffering the dairy and meat industry bring on animals every single day--and that consuming such energetic materials invariably introduces trace amounts of anxiety and suffering in the consumer.

Firstly I want to thank you for your awesome content. I have a question. What is your opinion on being a blood donor? I am a regular blood donor (every 3 months). Do you think that I am wasting precious nutrients or this may be detrimental? Every time I self-nut I feel like crap. When I donate a pint of blood I feel awesome, altruistic. If it takes 40 units of blood to make 1 unit of Semen, that means I am losing 14ml of Semen when I donate a pint of blood - every three months. Wow, very interesting question. Love it. I've researched benefits of donating blood but never connected it with SR. I know when you donate blood, you are giving away "dirty blood" so that the body can reproduce new fresh clean blood. This was an old natural health practice that got lost like fasting. I too feel incredible when I'm living a healthy lifestyle and donate blood. There is a reason for that and I know it's good for us but now I'm wondering how this works with SR. I think for me, the first thing I can do is test how I feel doing SR with donating blood and then doing it without donating blood. Great question brother!
