      "Сегодня" - в вашем выражении значит "Конкретно в этот день и только".
      Правильнее сказать "Текущий год - год того-то".

    I learned the word разговор, what exactly is the difference between that and беседа? Are they used in different contexts?

    • @RussianCartoons
      @RussianCartoons  Год назад +7

      Both words can be translated as "conversation" or "talk" in English, but they possess distinct lexical meanings and connotations.
      Firstly, let's discuss the word "разговор." This term refers to a conversation between two or more individuals, usually characterized by being informal, casual, and spontaneous. It implies a free-flowing exchange of thoughts, ideas, and opinions in an unstructured manner. "Разговор" can also describe everyday chit-chat or small talk. This word often conveys the sense of people engaging in friendly or social conversations.
      On the other hand, the word "беседа" carries a different semantic load. A "беседа" is a more formal and purposeful conversation that involves a level of preparedness and organization. It often implies a planned discussion or a dialogue that follows a certain topic or agenda. "Беседа" can be associated with a more serious tone, where participants engage in an intellectual exchange of ideas or opinions.
      While "разговор" emphasizes informality and spontaneity, "беседа" leans towards formality and a structured approach. "Беседа" tends to occur within organized settings, such as educational institutions, business meetings, or lectures, where there is a specific objective or purpose behind the conversation. In contrast, "разговор" can happen in various settings, including everyday social interactions or casual conversations among friends.
      Despite these differences, it is important to note that both "разговор" and "беседа" share a common ground. They both refer to exchanges of ideas, thoughts, or information between individuals. Moreover, both words involve verbal communication and a mutual interaction among the participants. The main dissimilarity lies in the level of formality and preparation associated with each term.
      In conclusion, I would emphasize that while "разговор" and "беседа" can be translated as "conversation" or "talk," they possess distinct nuances in their lexical meanings. "Разговор" indicates a spontaneous and informal exchange, while "беседа" suggests a more planned and formal dialogue. However, both words share the commonality of verbal interaction between individuals.

    Super!
    Le serveur aime beaucoup john, il veut visiter le Texas et la Pennsylvanie, un fan de Taylor Swift ?
    Sérieusement, ils mangent de la viande d'ours les russes? 😵‍💫, c'est pour ça qu'ils sont forts physiquement 💪? Les femmes doivent manger des oiseaux et des fleurs, c'est pour ça qu'elles parlent plusieurs langues et qu'elles sont belles ? 😮

      En ce qui concerne les projets du serveur de visiter la Pennsylvanie et le Texas, nous ne savons malheureusement rien !
      Les Russes ne consomment pas régulièrement de la viande d'ours. Autrefois, la viande d'ours était plus courante, mais dans le monde moderne, elle a pratiquement disparu de notre alimentation. Toutefois, il existe en Russie des magasins où l'on peut toujours commander de la viande d'ours. À Moscou, de nombreux restaurants préparent des plats à base de viande d'ours. Aujourd'hui, la viande d'ours est un mets délicat en Russie.
      En Russie, on mange surtout du bœuf et du porc, ainsi que de la viande d'oiseau.
      Les belles femmes russes ne sont probablement pas le résultat d'un régime alimentaire particulier, mais d'un bon patrimoine génétique.

      I put together this study cycle for myself, maybe it will help you: listening to beginner vocabulary phrases, studying grammar, listening to stories in Russian, phrasebook, duolingo and revision. I dedicate an hour a day to the language, each day a different stage. I can already understand few of the words, even if disconnected. But it's already a step forward.
