Great video. Having the subtitles right under the Russian phrases are great. Also seeing the different people in their natural surroundings and the way they speak in their native tongue. If I am really hungry from the 8 hours night time, then I also eat a small amount of vegetables like broccoli, spinache or red cabbage. Drinking either water or milk. If I have any lunch at all, I usually eat some fruit or bread. And dinner, with a small amount of vedgetables and sometimes with a small piece of salmon or meat. I prefer fish over meat, at least once a month. May be some yogurt if I am still hungry.
