i started learning juggling and simple ball mastery exercises every day with a lot of repetitions, unfortunately although i learned these skills it didn't translate into good playing at the pick up matches i played, but that's me i im really sure all these drills are very beneficial for players.
These exercises should supplement your team sessions/games, not replace. The only way to apply what you work on in individual training is to ensure you’re getting exposure to team environments/small sided games.
Can you make a video about stamina and breathing techniques, because those are one of the most important things in football. Please make it for without using instruments, I mean like ladder, cones etc. 👍

Sir i have a requeste you make amazing video. We all find them very use full. But sir you don't make video on mental side of the game. Like confidence etc. You most cover technical side.
I actually shared some tips just after the intro, sounds like you may be kicking the ball too much infront of the centre. Try to make contact directly underneath the ball.
If you juggle barefoot you'll see that you cannot stop the spin with continous juggles..I've got a good rhytm but the problem is that there is too much spin on the ball

I would recommend mastering the basics before trying to learn skill shots such as the rabona mate 👍
