Currently crying happy tears because of the ending. I'm so happy he's in a safe place. That was so sweet of the officer to go and visit Ronnie (apologies if his name is spelt wrong). He better stay behind bars, if there's ever a change he can be let out and there's a petition against it, I'm signing that sh*t straight away!!!!!! I wish more cases had happy endings like this one has
That mothers face just straight up gives the warmest, most comfortable feeling… the father looks like the guy you gave a chance for no reason. This happened close to where I live, I hope they rest easy❤️
I can’t imagine being that police officer watching Ronnie, 8 years old. Walking away from the house and holding on to his abdomen for dear life. Then adopting him into his family. Not only did he help him, he help his mom. Giving her son a home where he is safe and happy. ❤
this story is so tragic but i'm so glad that the detective adopted little ronnie into his loving family. i hope ronnie is getting all the help he needs.
Seeing him parade around the court room like he's somebody absolutely infuriated me. He is a disgusting excuse for a human being and father. Glad he is rotting in prison. I am so glad little Ronnie was able to find a new family. That made me happy cry, too.
Exactly, I felt that the way he spoke in the courtroom was terrifying and made my skin crawl. Made him seem all the more capable of such actions. Hope Ronnie continues to have a happy life with the Blairs!
Bro that baby girl literally went through so much to live just for her life to be ended shortly anyway 😞 it’s really hard not to cry listening to this.
I’m so happy that little Ronnie has found his peace after going through such trauma. It’s so nice to hear some what of a happy ending to a case like this
im happy sobbing from the end of this video. the way the Blaire family welcomed this little kid in with absolutely no hesitation is beautiful. and the way Ronnie talks about his “new brother and sister” and “new parents” being the best people he could’ve ended up with is such a heartwarming end to a horrific story. poor kid is obviously going to have a lot of trauma to work through, but it seems like he was adopted by a family that will truly love, care, and support him.
as a practicing Muslim woman who’s going into faith & culture based abuse as a career - these cases always infuriate me. it genuinely sickens me how people can tarnish our religion like this. how they can use it to their own twisted and disgusting advantage. no amount of punishment, no matter how severe will be enough for him. he deserves the absolute worst. may God invoke His Wrath on this criminal.
From the RUclips comment section, to little Ronnie: We hope you live a happy and fulfilled life. We are so happy to hear you are loved and adored by a big family. Your mother and sister are always going to live on in your heart, and though they’ll never be replaced, their love that they had for you was supplemented by the family that adopted you and took you under their wing. You’re loved by your mother and sister, but now you’re loved by your family of 7 as well. You’ll do amazing things in life. ❤️
Everything is evil and horrific in this case but the poor non-verbal little girl who couldn’t scream or cry and just sat there witnessing the hell going on around her then being savagely murdered herself, couldn’t even express her pain. Nightmarish.
@@QueenMFLauriei think their point is she couldn’t communicate properly how scared she was and she couldn’t scream for help specifically. Of course she can make noises but she can’t scream for help the same way we would’ve been able to which is extremely sad.

@@imariwalker7248 The first commenter did say she couldn't scream or cry, as if she's unable to make any sound. Whether that's what they meant or not, that is what they wrote, so I think it makes sense to explain what non-verbal means.
I never imagined that I would know people from a true crime case. This family is a big part of my church and it is so nice to know their story. I’ve never personally met them but I know plenty of people who have. This case is so heartbreaking yet the end restores a little bit of my faith in humanity. Sending much love to their family and may Ronnie’s mom and sister rest in peace.
When you mentioned the axe I got a shiver through my body. I’ve been beaten nearly to death with a hatchet in the past year and it’s absolutely terrifying the way your body just gets cut open and smashed with the weight and sharpness of such a tool.
RIP to Ronnie's Mom and older sister 🙏🕊️ it's so horrible their lives got taken from them by that monster and also Thank goodness Officer Mike Blair and his family were there for Ronnie this story is a reminder that there are still good / great people out there and I'm so glad Ronnie found the Blairs 🙌♥️
The fact that they were both named after the father (I believe Ronivia is too) really stuck with me because the name is a constant reminder of the man who murdered them. It is so inescapable which is so sad to think about.
The kindness of the Blair family actually has me in tears. I wish there were more people like them in this world. Every child deserves to see and feel this kind of love.
I don’t even understand how he could think of that self defense explanation. Like what about his kids? Were they trying to kill him too? And what about the fire? So idiotic. I’m happy little Ronnie is in a safe place with his new family and I really hope he will be able to get over (if that’s possible) the horrible trauma he’s been through
as a child who has been victim of a violent assault by a parent, the strength that this poor boy had is insane to witness considering how difficult it was for me to describe the events to police, im so proud of him for being so courageous and being able to tell his story in order to get justice. such a happy ending ❤️
I'm glad you didn't play the 911 call. I've heard of before and it's one I'll NEVER forget. Her blood curdling screams, apologizing to this monster over and over trying to get there smallest bit of mercy and what's clearly 100% his voice making it perfectly clear he had no intention of mercy. It's so heartbreaking. The fact he was able to cross examine little Ronnie is so unacceptable to me. His whole trial was appalling and while i know the judge didn't want to risk a successful appeal, i also think his ranting, screaming, cursing shouldn't have been allowed. It was a circus. I'm glad Ronnie is with people who love him and i hope he's able to find peace for the rest of his life. He deserves nothing but peace.
Yeah, I think seeing/hearing someone at a moment like that is just too invasive, it feels really wrong. And I can’t take it myself, I watch a lot of true crime so I have a pretty high tolerance, but real 9/11 calls of real crimes (I can handle it when the person calling in is the killer faking the concern/situation, but I can’t hear the actual person suffering, it’s too much) just make me feel sick. I heard the 911 calls coming out of the twin towers and the woman on the line realizing she wasn’t going to be saved in time and I started crying in the grocery store. And a lesser known celebrities 911 call when he was contemplating suicide was played on the news once, and I think that’s just disgusting, it’s such a personal, private thing, I don’t need to involve myself in that.
I am beyond grateful that Ronnie has healed and been adopted into a family that love him and have put in the work to help him heal mentally after all the trauma. I. Am. Bawling 😭💜
I didn’t cry until the very end. Im so happy for this boy. I don’t even know him. So thankful he is with a family that takes care of him. Thank you for telling us this story.

I’ve just watched this with my mum and my poor mother was hysterical and said “if I die even after life I’d do anything to protect my children” that broke my heart. I bet that’s how little Ronnie’s mother felt as well
He looks actually insane. Like disturbing and dangerous. That’s so horrible…. 😢 rest in peace to the angels who passed and I wish nothing but the best for little Ronnie. ❤ I’m so happy that someone stepped in to help him. Literally cried listening to this 😢
The man who abused me as a teen and got me hooked on pills, decided to represent himself as well. I had to sit across from him in court while he cross examined me. He tried to belittle me and blame me for his actions, and it was honestly so traumatic. He was found guilty of 21 counts, and sentenced to 47 years. He will die in prison as he is in his late 60s already. But honestly cannot believe they allow that.
This is shocking and heartbreaking of what little Ronnie and his mother and sister went through and I'm glad that he has a new family who cared and wanted him.
This case rocked Tampa to our core. It's terrifying when huge cases, due to their sheer horrificness, make national and global media. Thank you for covering the happy ending for Ronnie. It's rare that the true crime community gets to have SOME form of happiness at the end of so much tragedy and heartache. SO glad to have you back!!
One of the most devastating cases I've ever heard. I can't even get close to imagine how terrifed poor little ronnie must have been, having to witness all of this taking place. It broke my heart but seeing him being adopted into a loving and caring family made me feel so warm inside. To know he is in very loving and good hands is such a big relief. I hope nothing but for little ronnie to live a happy and normal life with his family
This case was intense and emotional. Usually I don’t cry with these videos but what Ronnie had to deal with is so heartbreaking. What a strong boy and it warms my heart that after all this he gets a happy ending.

There was a murder case in Fairfield illinois (my home town) I think you should cover. A girl went missing for years. Her body was found buried in a field almost 10 years later. Her boyfriend and her father killed her and hid the body in a field in the town. It was devastating for my small town. I think this story deserves to be heard.
Teared up so many times throughout this case but when you said that little Ronnie kept asking when he's gonna have to leave made me sob & I dont even cry easily
This is such a horrific case. My heart goes out to Little Ronnie. What a strong child ❤️ Is it possible that Ronnie senior encountered a brain injury after flatlining so many times? I cannot understand how a human could do this, nevermind a parent to their child.
Rest In Peace to the amazing mother and her princess 💕 absolutely heartbreaking especially for little Ronnie. Thank you for sharing their stories in a way that’s true to the victims, instead of being all about the killer
I don’t usually have many physical reactions to many cases, but this one genuinely brought tears to my eyes and pain to my heart… I wish only the best for little Ronnie Blair ❤
When you mentioned that Ronnie was injured in a drive-by shooting, I thought perhaps he had a head injury that led to a change in personality and demeanor. However, as I continue to listen it sounds like he was a lunatic from the start. No excuse for this unthinkable violent behavior.
Mike Blair is an absolute hero! My eyes filled up with tears hearing how much he loved and cared for Ronnie during his awful ordeal. What a man 😢❤ so glad little Ronnie had a happy ending ❤️
My heart goes out to the first responders and medical professionals who had to witness the state of that sweet girl’s mutilated little body. I can’t even imagine how you would get that image out of your head. 💔
As someone who takes in teens for foster care i love this family so so much. We had to fight for counseling and other services you would assume they would have access too. A police officer will also understand the trauma. I love this ending! Happy crying with you!!
It's very difficult to get me to cry, but that ending had me in tears. The Blair family is such a blessing. I'm sure Ronnie's mother and sister look down on them and are eternally grateful.
Ronnie has found a place of belonging amidst all the loss and pain. Nothing could have been more fitting than him being adopted.. That boy has a beautiful face and a smile to touch any heart. ❤❤ I wish him well for the future.
Wow such a horrific case. At first I thought this man was insane, but as we went on with the details and footage I came to the conclusion that he's a narcissist who only cares about himself and controling others. After such a horrific case it's nice to have a positive ending. I bet his mother and sister would be happy and relieved to know that little Ronnie is in good hands and part of a loving family.
... my heart breaks for Little Ronnie.... To have to witness such a gruesome attack and to be the only survivor, and then see his father represent himself and then be cross examined by his own father.... This takes abusive traits and buzz words to a whole new level.... I always wanna hope and believe that monsters don't exist... Folk lore monsters, maybe don't, but humans.... Humans are the scariest creatures to encounter....
when he’s cross examining his son, i was so heart broken for his son because i can’t imagine him just seeing his father after everything he put him through! on the other hand, it was laughable the way his dad handled his own defence. it literally sounded like he was on the other side of the court! he was just laying out questions so his son could confirm everything that the dad did that night!
Awful story and so bizarre that this clown was allowed to question his own son. Hats off to the cop for having a heart and spending time with young Ronnie. Heartbreaking to think this little guy was recovering from something so horrific with no visitors 😢. I hope he's doing well.

Let’s celebrate Eleanor’s returnal after a long time. We missed you so much queen, honestly❤

His dads open statement made me so mad. How can he call his son a liar and blame his mental illness THAT HE CAUSED as a reason to not believe him!!!
I was actually a law intern for this case, I was in the court room. He was absolutely unhinged
and looked me in the eyes.
How are you feeling now?
🧢🧢🧢
@@HawmiOrHamihow u know ? Got proof
No you wasn't 😂
How could a father do that?! Not just killed his "baby mama" but his kids his babies and sooo brutally. He deserves the same fate he's evil.
The fact that the jury 'couldn't fully agree on a death penalty', disappointed me. Like what else did they need? What?
@@neens8109I guess insanity doubts. If anyone deserves to die, he does.
Seeing him parade around the court room like he's somebody absolutely infuriated me. He is a disgusting excuse for a human being and father. Glad he is rotting in prison. I am so glad little Ronnie was able to find a new family. That made me happy cry, too.
Only consolation is that they could watch him talk himself into a 100% guilty verdict.
Damn… 💔
Thank you! There's nothing muslim about him , just a disgusting devil
I hope nobody watching this video uses this case as an excuse to be a hateful pig.
exactly, recently converted and hearing this makes me sick. Allah will punish people like him
i think.
@@suxzneyes he does punish these type of people
From the RUclips comment section, to little Ronnie: We hope you live a happy and fulfilled life. ❤️
beautifully put ❤
Everything is evil and horrific in this case but the poor non-verbal little girl who couldn’t scream or cry and just sat there witnessing the hell going on around her then being savagely murdered herself, couldn’t even express her pain. Nightmarish.
Non verbal means that you can't talk with words. It does not mean they can't make sounds.
@@QueenMFLauriei think their point is she couldn’t communicate properly how scared she was and she couldn’t scream for help specifically. Of course she can make noises but she can’t scream for help the same way we would’ve been able to which is extremely sad.
This is the second cover I've heard of this case and it never stops breaking my heart how these poor children were treated by their Father! He's such an absolute monster! Little Ronnie is so strong and I'm so happy he found a family who really loves him! Will never replace his mom or sister but he's loved!
@@QueenMFLaurie you missed the entire point and took what was said too literal 🫤

Wow I’m so sorry that happened to you. I hope you’re okay.

The fact that they were both named after the father (I believe Ronivia is too) really stuck with me because the name is a constant reminder of the man who murdered them. It is so inescapable which is so sad to think about.
Also shows his narcissistic personality…..

The kindness of the Blair family actually has me in tears. I wish there were more people like them in this world. Every child deserves to see and feel this kind of love.
I don’t even understand how he could think of that self defense explanation. Like what about his kids? Were they trying to kill him too? And what about the fire? So idiotic. I’m happy little Ronnie is in a safe place with his new family and I really hope he will be able to get over (if that’s possible) the horrible trauma he’s been through
mike and danielle are the purest people & little ronnie is the strongest kid ever. i wish nothing but goodness & healing for everyone involved.
This case always burns my biscuits! Listening to this psychopath interrogate his own child is simply horrific.
i’ve never heard to phrase “burns my biscuits” but i’m stealing that now
as a child who has been victim of a violent assault by a parent, the strength that this poor boy had is insane to witness considering how difficult it was for me to describe the events to police, im so proud of him for being so courageous and being able to tell his story in order to get justice. such a happy ending ❤️
Sending virtual hugs. Nobody should go trough that. You are brave, you survived. You are both heroes - survivors of the unimaginable.
Agree with you. I heard it once and that was one too many times. Bless you little Ronnie and RIP to his Mum and Sister.
This case really affected me. Keke sounded like such a loving mother. You can tell that she cherished her children so much and it makes me sick that some egotistical, unintelligent sicko destroyed that. I’m glad that Little Ronnie was given a second chance at life.
I’m so happy you’re back posting True Crime Eleanor! I hope you’re happy and healthy xx

I instantly started tearing up when you said that Mike and his wife came to watch the movie with him.
same, and at “i am safe, i am loved, i am part of this family”
I’ve just watched this with my mum and my poor mother was hysterical and said “if I die even after life I’d do anything to protect my children” that broke my heart. I bet that’s how little Ronnie’s mother felt as well

That sweet little boy deserved so much better than his bio dad... and I'm so glad that he ended up gaining a loving father and family in the end, after being put through such a horrific ordeal. I hope he's able to live the happiest life possible from now on with the Blairs.
He was nothing but a sperm donor. He was never a father or a dad. People like him deserve a tall tree, with a strong limb and a short rope.

Unfortunate Ronny survived the driveby
This is such a horrific case. My heart goes out to Little Ronnie. What a strong child ❤️
Is it possible that Ronnie senior encountered a brain injury after flatlining so many times? I cannot understand how a human could do this, nevermind a parent to their child.
I actually had the same exact thought...
i thought this! possibly suffered brain damage that resulted in psychosis? not an excuse of course but something had to be up.

When you mentioned that Ronnie was injured in a drive-by shooting, I thought perhaps he had a head injury that led to a change in personality and demeanor. However, as I continue to listen it sounds like he was a lunatic from the start. No excuse for this unthinkable violent behavior.

... my heart breaks for Little Ronnie.... To have to witness such a gruesome attack and to be the only survivor, and then see his father represent himself and then be cross examined by his own father.... when he’s cross examining his son, i was so heart broken for his son because i can’t imagine him just seeing his father after everything he put him through! on the other hand, it was laughable the way his dad handled his own defence. it literally sounded like he was on the other side of the court! he was just laying out questions so his son could confirm everything that the dad did that night!
