I have also been looking for a device that can control spotify, discord, windows and game audio separately without tabing to the desktop or using an overlay. I think its pretty cool, and while I watch alot of videos like this and LTT's Taren insanity vids like this, as a normal person I dont own a streamdeck or anything like it. For professional use like you used it, can it could be totally worth it. Esp for employees, saving a couple mins a hour adds up fast when your paying somebody. Now for me products like that just look like fun, in the same way I throw RGB everywhere, then yell at my google home to make it do flashy things in front of guests. As a PC Nerd/gamer and somebody who works(normal lame office work) at the same desk, I totally could see I could make good use of it. But $269, lets be real thats brand new decent name brand Mechanical Keyboard AND Mouse AND if you thrifty a headset(and more complaining about that markets pricing, Loupedeck seems more reasonable than some others). Or a new CPU. So 6 knobs 7 buttons and the equivalent of a 2009 cell phone screen doesnt add up anywhere close to what it costs say a good 106 key mechanical keyboard that uses Cherry switches. Now I know making software costs money and all that, but all of these type of devices are priced to sell to niche markets in lower quantities, if this sold for say $100 odds are great I would of made it 4 minutes into this video before I bought one. All of us into tech see devices like that and ohhh thats cool then ouch never mind when it comes to pricing

Videos like this encourage other creators to check out things that they can do TODAY, try TODAY, to help them. A good RUclipsr has variety in their content to offer viewers entertainment/education in a variety of ways. He also has a side channel because his everyday life is also interesting to people. What we could all use is a lot more positivity and education on RUclips, and a lot less "do what I want".

You seem to be getting into a better place Kyle, looking more fit and focused. My first marriage was bad; I wasn't ready, she was 100% the wrong person (she didn't understand monogamy), and I needed a lot of time after that divorce to concentrate on getting to be a better me. So I did, I worked hard on my career, my fitness, and eventually I was in great shape, financially and physically. THEN I went into another relationship with a better mindset and idea about where I was going and what I wanted from a partner... and then THAT one failed. 😂 But for different reasons, something I couldn't have prepared for, but we split amicably (not like the 1st which was a nightmare), and my 3rd marriage has been incredible. She and I perfectly fit together, and even though it took time to get here, I'm finally where I want to be.

Cannot afford it, but I use Deckboard on Android. It can be connected through USB and it works great.
Besides, my phone is already old and I plan to upgrade, so I can use it as my own StreamDeck or like this Loupedeck.

Yeah it’s a cool device it’s just unfortunately too expensive. I feel like if they made it more competitive with Elgato‘s price it would be more appealing. Like make a cheaper option for the 100 dollar range

I think if you toggle off the selection follows playhead feature and then re-save your workspace that should fix the issue you're having there. Should just be able to overwrite the editing tab save if that's what you use, if not just make a personal one that you can arrange at the top of the window alongside 'editing/colour' etc! Frees up a new button on the loupedeck too hopefully!

This video popped up and scared me. I thought you were gonna talk about the new elgato device. When you’re not allowed to talk about it until the 15th.

Wait, you can't just say"New elgato device" and"you're not supposed to talk about it until the 15th" without filling anyone in...

@@FuckAssName I'd assume there's a new Elgato device Coming out that tech reviewers have been given samples of but the content can't be released until the 15th

Great video, well explained and tested with excellent content for examples. For the Premiere you have to close the "Lumetri Color" window, tested and verified with the versions 14. up. I have the last one 15.4.0 ( yes your workaround works perfect too :-) )

I need OLED mechanical switches, not a KB. Would love to build and programm my own, open source macro board but the switches are like 50€ each.

You could create a custom function and icon for a function that already exists so you can choose for yourself

“One minute!” Lol. Is that why the hair is still pink in some parts? Haha. It takes too long to dye it back to brown.

Can you set the knobs to flip through the screen pages? Like, you’ve got ten pages in the deck and with the tactile feel of the knobs you could easily know how many clicks you need to go to move back and forth.

I know that the majority of the powerful nature of this style of product comes specifically from the software integration, but damn do I wish somebody would do something similar to this with full hardware storage of settings and driverless functionality.
