I always hope that these adults never have a single regret making these songs and videos because it was a part of so many people's lives ❤ thank you to all!
@@emilyhughes4297 I really wish some of them were not awful people I can't support them. But damn if this album doesn't get stuck in my head even years later!
I don't think you realize how happy it makes me that adults love harry potter enough to write.... just... amazing music about it. This is brilliant. Thank you.
Alan Rickman just died, so I am back on a nostalgia trip for all things Harry Potter - including the Ministry of Magic! RIP Alan, and thanks for bring Severus to life for us.
That man was a sweetheart! I had the pleasure of meeting him a decade or so ago. Alan was so sweet, humble and down to earth. I was beside myself when he passed. /*
This is the first time I've watched this video in a few years. To be honest, I shed a tear or two as I sang along near the end. I have many happy memories of this song from a few years ago. My brother, sister, and I used to listen to this song very often and it reminds me of those times (my sister now lives far from me). 'Don't Leave' also reminds me of the era of Wizard Rock, which was incredible but is sadly over. I love this song and I love MoM! I think I'll give myself some new memories with this song by singing it for my boyfriend. I don't ever want to forget this song or the Wrocking era. Sorry, this is cheesy. But I wanted to say all this anyway.
As a younger Potterhead who didn’t get to experience things like book or movie releases, it such because I listen to all of this Wrock music, but none of the group are together anymore cause all of the music I’d from more than 8 years ago.
Wasn't even a big potter fan, but these songs got stuck in my head all those years ago. Still catch myself singing this chorus. Bummer these videos didn't get more traction.
"I know it's been such a long time since we've just been friends and that soldier's on a front line of a war we were born into but we have to do this together. Don't leave me." Man that should have been in the movie. It's such a sweet song and fits the scene so well. Fantastic job boys.
R.I.P. Alan Rickman. You will always be in the hearts of potterheads. You will always be in my heard. You died one year and a day ago. I couldn't believe it :'( I can't stop crying:'( :'(
I love that this song can be interpreted in different ways. I like that people can think that it's between Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ron. Love the song!
This song has been stuck in my head pretty much since Alex Carpenter introduced me to it . . . but I love this song. A lot. Thank you for making it! :D
I think I may have listend to this song a billion times. It's just so amazing! I have no idea why I am so obsessed. O wait.... YES I DO! Cuz it's extraordinary! MoM will live on 4eva!
I was singing this in the locker room during the spring sports season. Two of the "popular" and really good players came up to me and complimented me on my singing. It was amazing to hear it from them.
This is the first MoM and wrock video I ever saw/listened to. This video opened a whole new world to me and I watched and followed all of these guys, and all of the other wrock bands last year. You guys really changed my life and inspired me and I miss this so much. Please make more songs, and if anything you guys will always have true fans here. Thanks for everything.
@jasonmunday This song has been stuck in my head since I bought a CD from you. #thesubboxtour If I go insane, you will be to blame! I have tried move on to The House Song but no luck so far.
I work at my local library, and it makes me so happy to see 'Sorcerer's Stone' come in on recent returns, because it means that even now there are still kids discovering Harry's magic.
Great song, however if I might make one suggestion (even if I probably don't know what I'm talking about) this applies to quite a few songs (probably not as much for this one) made by you guys individually but please lose some of the electronic vocal stuff, it really blocks your fantastic voices at times. Just my opinion.
Can I just say that I think you guys are amazing and I am terribly disappointed that you've been around for YEARS and I'm just finding you? That's all. Thank you and please continue to be awesome. :)
I've never had a song bring such a powerful surge of emotion to me. This song can be applied to so much more than Harry Potter, which only adds to the amazingness of it. Great Job, I really loved this one.
This song. This freaking song. Brings back so many memories - and it truly makes me want to cry. Reminds me strongly of an era of my life, and era that causes me pain when I look back to it... but I still remember how friggin good it was. And I know it's been...
Just four men singing in the woods about Harry Potter...adorable. Haha no, seriously though, this song made me cry. So emotional...and perfect. I love how it encompasses both the unsaid feelings between Ron and Hermione, and the general bond between all three of them. When reading this part in the book I actually thought "If this was a musical, this point would make a great break for a song that just tears you up inside"...And here it is!
i cant believe that it has been a year since this song came out! lol I love how i can still watch it and still be as moved by hearing it the 1000th time (cause i own the cd) than I did the 1st time! and Ryans voice always brings a smile to my face!
I missed you guys playing at Leakycon 2014. My friends and I blasted your music all week. Even if you guys have disbanded MoM songs will always be played! Will miss MoM forever
I'm obsessed with this song. Every time they sing, "I know it's been such a long time since we've just been friends and not soldiers on the front line of a war that we were born into," my heart just aches with my love for the Harry Potter series.
To all the haters writing crap: if you don't like it, don't watch it, and the rest of us who do like it will continue to support Jason and the rest of MOM. The auto-tuning is a musical effect added to the song to create an effect; if you took the time to watch his other videos you would see that they all can sing well. Get your facts straight.
There are so few bands in the world (muggle music and wrock) that make you actually feel the emotion they're singing about. Ministry of Magic and Christian Caldera (OBatR) do that perfectly. More people need to know about you guys.
I love this song. I think maybe my favorite part is that everyone, not just fans of the series, can enjoy it. My friend, who wouldn't know the difference between Aunt Jemima and Harry Potter, heard this the other day and loved it. To Potter fans, it screams Ron/Hermione, but to others, it's just a great song. Keep up the great work guys.
Awesome. I've never actually listened to any JMunday music before but I definitely will be from now on. That Ryan Seiler guy has an amazing voice. I would love to hear his voice on the radio one day. x
one of the MANY reasons i love MoM is because you guys write songs about harry potter, but if you didnt understand the reference, theyre still great songs. like this, or lily. even my mom, who hates harry potter loves your songs.
I always hope that these adults never have a single regret making these songs and videos because it was a part of so many people's lives ❤ thank you to all!
well I hope some of them regret some of the things they did…
@@emilyhughes4297 I really wish some of them were not awful people I can't support them. But damn if this album doesn't get stuck in my head even years later!
i miss you guys 😭 it's 2022, i'm now in my 30s and STILL listening to the MoM albums!
I don't think you realize how happy it makes me that adults love harry potter enough to write.... just... amazing music about it. This is brilliant. Thank you.
Well, we grew up together with Harry Potter...
Alan Rickman just died, so I am back on a nostalgia trip for all things Harry Potter - including the Ministry of Magic! RIP Alan, and thanks for bring Severus to life for us.
+Winna Althiser R.I.P Alan Rickman
Winna Althiser RIP :'(

456puff Well said, I often go back and just listen to some of the great songs from the Wrock era.
+ShoTzVlogz LOL me too :)
+456puff respect bro respect

I come back to this video ever so often and I’m reminded of all the magic of hp
How the hell do male potterheads end up being attractive?!
You guys are like unicorns. I hope you appreciate how rare you are.
OMG I know (^m^ )
Yeah but have you seen a unicorn? Probably not but you HAVE seen these guys
the same way neville became so hot in last movie MAGIC
I hope I figure that out soon. After all, I have a friend who's a Potterhead. He's a boy. Maybe I can ask him. :)
Why shouldn't male potterheads be attractive? My fiancé's a huge HP fan and very attractive. Most of my male HP-loving friends look fine.
This used to be my favourite song around 2011. Nostalgia ♥️
Who is here in or after 2018?
When Wrock was a thing I was soooooo young like 3
Woot here Easter of 2020.
Three-ish weeks away from 2021 🙃
Oh shit this is surreal
"I know it's been such a long time since we've just been friends and that soldier's on a front line of a war we were born into but we have to do this together. Don't leave me."
Man that should have been in the movie. It's such a sweet song and fits the scene so well. Fantastic job boys.
10 years after...
Yeah, i'm here and i'm still listen
Woah, it's nice to see people still listening to this song here in 2020.
This is an absolute banger of a sound. Miss these times so much
Yeah, these were really the best of times.
The chorus to this song is so powerful - I have to play it every few months to re-experience the awesomeness... Great work guys..
This song just gets you.
R.I.P. Alan Rickman. You will always be in the hearts of potterheads. You will always be in my heard. You died one year and a day ago. I couldn't believe it :'( I can't stop crying:'( :'(
Don't know where you guys are at but it's almost 2022 and I still hear this song so much it made my Spotify wrapped so hi I love this song 💓
I love how nerdy these videos and songs are. Ravenclaw forever!
Such a good song still omg
best wizard rock song of all time, fight me
This has been on my repeat for like 4 days in a row now.. and I still don't have enough. This song is just made of gold.
I can't begin to tell you how difficult it is to find wizard rock that it's cheesy! Thank you!
I think I may have listend to this song a billion times. It's just so amazing! I have no idea why I am so obsessed. O wait.... YES I DO! Cuz it's extraordinary! MoM will live on 4eva!
it took me at least 3 years to realize Alex Carpenter was not in ministry of magic
This song mask the relationship between Hermione and Ron. So beautiful! My second favourite MoM album for sure!
No your not the only one who gets sad this song is amazing
No matter how many times I've seen this over the last 6 months - still my favourite vid on RUclips, by a mile! Thank you Jason and MoM!
CHORUS IS LITTTTT
I've been watching this for half an hour now. No signs of stopping.
Q: What is your favorite genre of music?
A: WIZARD ROCK! :D
my best friend and I could not stop singing this together last weekend! this is one of my favorite Wrock songs all around. :)
Am i the only one who gets really sad while listening to this?
Their voices are probably the most beautiful thing I've ever heard in my life.
This used to be my 2010/2011 jam.
I was singing this in the locker room during the spring sports season. Two of the "popular" and really good players came up to me and complimented me on my singing. It was amazing to hear it from them.
#Romione and also #TheGoldenTrio Love the three of them~
Am I the only one who fangirls my brains out whenever Aaron comes onscreen or sings? AARON IS SO AMAZING OHMYGOD.
l'm on Pottermore as l'm listening to this. Potterhead for life!
Thanks for everything.
why is this not on MTV ?
Not even two minutes in and I have tears in my eyes. The lyrics and music are really amazing.
I really want to do a cover video on this because it stuck in my head what do you guys think i should do
Sorry about all the hateful comments your getting, Jason. You're really talented, all of you! The true fans will shine through for you, I promise!
Seriously though, you guys should just write Harry Potter the musical. It would be so freaking awesome!
The BEST MoM song.
@jasonmunday This song has been stuck in my head since I bought a CD from you. #thesubboxtour If I go insane, you will be to blame! I have tried move on to The House Song but no luck so far.
aaron is an amazing singer! so much emotion in his singing. big respect!
This song still fucking slaps. Thank you.
Why isn't THIS on the radio? I love you guys!
Was Luke Conrad in Ministry of Magic first before he embarked on his own solo channel?

Can I just say that I think you guys are amazing and I am terribly disappointed that you've been around for YEARS and I'm just finding you? That's all. Thank you and please continue to be awesome. :)
I would date the shit out of any of these nerdy adorable men...
I've never had a song bring such a powerful surge of emotion to me. This song can be applied to so much more than Harry Potter, which only adds to the amazingness of it. Great Job, I really loved this one.
