Hard to believe this is a 20 year old game. From the gameplay to the end credits theme, this takes it WAY back for me.
Back when Fighting game's were actually good! We don't get games like this any more.

The best crossover game that Capcom made!!! This is also the first crossover series that introduced me to The King of Fighters since it’s not popular in the United States or in North America!!! It’s a shame because I like the series more than street fighter to be honest since they play the same because of the input command!!! I heard the Series is going to make a comeback!!! Make this happen Capcom and SNK!!!

My main team in CVS2 was also Fatal Fury themed consisting of Terry and Joe. Except I had Rock be in my team instead of Kim.

AHH YES MY CHILDHOOD GAME!!! This is actually my favorite fighting on the PS2 along side with Street Fighter EX3, EX2 plus and Street Fighter 3 Third strike!!! My Uncle actually own this game and EX3 as well when he got his first fat PS2 back In 2002!!! I never played it too much because didn’t like the arcade style and played much Street Fighter ex3 more than CVS2. My uncle game me his fat ps2 console in 2005 because he got a slim Verison!!! I remember playing this game countless hours and I couldn’t even stop until I put a penny inside my PS2 and stop working😡 I had it for couple of months!!! I did got a GameCube in 2006 and like it and didn’t even notice they have this game for that system!!! Got a Ps2 slim in 2007 and got this game in late 2009 until 2012 and played the shit outta this game!!!! I do still play it to this day but on the ps3 since it’s backwards compatible on PS3 but no online!!! This was actually the first crossover game that got me into The King Of Fighters and I love that series more than Street Fighter be honest!!!Man I miss my uncle so much and Very grateful I get to experience the PS2 era because of him!!!

Played this a ton on GameCube. Got to play the actual arcade once years ago in Vegas at Circus Circus.

The arcade scene still going strong at the time it was a good crossover some key character should have been added along the way Robert Cody guy John Crawley Mr big b.jenet adon Kim dragon great time for gaming and agree time for fun back when you can actually enjoy life keep it up back when it wasn't all about esports and silliness if you just want to enjoy a game well done some MK stuff could be interesting too

Chang is a whole two people one of them with knives for fingers and the other has a giant iron ball that he uses as a weapon. At least Yamazaki might have hidden the knife in his pocket, but Chang/Choi the tournament organizers should be in jail that’s crazy amounts of negligence.
I'm a big fan of SNK and their game's. Capcom is ok too. I love the character styles and animation. Also this this game combines Capcom and SNK, the music sounds like both! King Of Fighters and SNK music has a distinct sound and sounds a certain way. You can hear SNK's and Capcoms influences in the music!
Imagine playing like this in the arcade. You'd be a god hahah. Especially with the taunts. Croud always goes wild. What a great era to be alive. It's too bad there are no real arcades anymore
