From what I see, in the second game Shroud probably shrouded the Socialite who can’t block their own visit, and Hex and Necro are both astral so I believe you are correct in them going through.
You’d think the playerbases average skill would go up with time considering no new people are picking this game up so I’m quite confused as to how the lobbies always have a couple of low skill players bordering on throwing

I'm no expert by any means but I think it would be up to the discretion of whoever is reading the report. If I were to be objective, I'd say a bad player making a bad play isn't game throwing.

Idk what time pipe records at, but being 7+ hrs ahead of Europe and 14+ hours ahead of North America means his daytime is our late night.
