I'm simply openminded to the EV world. Had gas bikes but I'm looking at getting an Ultra Bee next year for play riding. As things progress older gas bikes might be kept like classic cars especially the old 2Ts. I can't see modern 4Ts being kept with any kind of nostalgia.

Sports evolve. I think it'll be kinda like RC cars where electric is now more popular and faster than nitro, but the old guys still like their nitro lol. Eventually you'll only see gas bikes at the vintage races.
@Tazdeviloo7 EV will mark the end of televised MX, no one will want to watch them on TV and then the commentators will over commentate and viewers will just shut it off, too uninspiring.
Still plenty of Alta Redshifts riding around and Alta went bakrupt in 2018. The Varg uses pretty standard battery cells, you could probably rebuild it yourself with a spot welder if you really wanted.
The electric motor from 1966 in my truck still works, quit spreading boomer cry baby talking points. The varg is most likely easier to maintenance than a modern 4 stroke.
My cr 500 is 26 years old and runs like the day I bought it new in 1997,we will see how the ec bike survived. I KNOW FOR AFACT THEY WILL NOT HAVE THE RESALE VALUE THE HONDA GETS. My Honda will still run when the Chinese hacks our power grid,
Why did not every rider put 5 hot laps on each bike at a time and then see there best lap time on each bike? You cant make a fair comparison the way the testing in the video becuase of rider skill and so on.... I saw a video of the pro rider Alex Martin testing a stark varg at his practise track. On the first session he tested it he was 2 seconds faster a lap on the varg compared to his own 450 and that says a lot!

Typical 500. Can't hold the throttle on in the corners and rely on acceleration between the corners.
Let's face it,,, as much as we love gasoline engines ,, the electric bike destroyed the 500 out of the hole and kept up with it and destroyed the 250.
It wasnt even at full power i think , the Max is 80 hp . Way more torque than a cr . That e bike just rips
