You are actually right. In the oral tradition, we seem to have dispersed in atleast 3 waves. One of the wave went to West Africa first and when they didnt like the area and perhaps due to the desert encroachment they move In a South Easterly to Singwaya. There is such a narrative from the Kinakomba in particular. Most of the lower Tana sects did not want to move Westwards far from the Coastline \

And most believe the Garden of Eden was the land of Mesopotamia. And the land of Mesopotamia is the land between 2 rivers. And the two rivers are believed to be Tigris and Euphrates which are in the present day Iraq. And Iraq is in Arabia. So let's not blame our forefathers by saying they come from Arabia through their oral literature handed is from generation to generation.

💯 Arab influence in east Africa,may be the reason why most of the Bantu community in our region claim to have migrated from Arabia.
