I would like to thank you so much for the effort and interesting way of explanation. Also, would like to ask if you can help with how to gain muscles severe weakness after surgery and no rehabilitation was done resulting in challenging movement. My muscles are getting weaker and I don't know what to do about it. So, I'd appreciate it so much if you have any advice regarding which group of muscles to work on, diet that would help, exercise, etc .. I just need to know where to start.
Thank you in advance
Thankyou!
Thanks a lot ❤
