For example what the fuck does "maggots in the eye of love won't copulate" mean? "Halloween" is literally about pumpkins and dead cats. Groundbreaking. And the constant "whoooa whoooa whoooooa" sometimes the whole chorus is just that. I just can't. 😭 This movie being from Danzig isn't surprising.
I went to see his movie "Death Rider in the House of Vampires" back in 2021. It played for one night only and still hasn't been released anywhere else. It made Verotika look good by comparison...

My two favourite facts about Glenn Danzig is that his 5th solo album was released by Hollywood records (who is owned by Disney) and the fact that Tommy Victor from Prong plays in the band. I am only mentioning that second one because I love Prong and want to have a excuse to bring the band up.

There are two real eras of The Misfits: The Glenn Danzig (original) era of the early 80s and the Michael Graves (reformed) era of the late 90s. Glenn Danzig era Misfits are punk and one of the most influential punk bands of all time. Michael Graves era Misfits are metal. They sound very different, but I like them both. I probably lean more towards the metal era even though I’m not a big metal guy and I love punk. But so many people hate the 90s era Misfits.
This is like a drunk disney but horror, i'm fascinated, i'm happy, i'm filled with joy.
