We are looking for PML in Dallas, Tx we have over 20 years of closing deals. We always have deals that we can see if it works for you.
I do lending as well in Texas but only for Farm and Ranch land

There are so many people with money just sitting and doing nothing. If you are informative and just let everyone you know or come in contact with the benefits of investing money for flipping real estate somehow, you will be surprised on how many PML you already know. Yall are flipping Geniuses!!!

Unfortunately I’m not willing to lend at the market rate since it doesn’t seem to be a good use of capital. The market rate seems to be around 10% with 1 point. My minimum is 12% and two points.

From what I've read, yes, it is illegal to solicit for funding like that in public forums like Facebook and stuff.
