Fantastic video thank you Spencer - 8 years in the construction development business and no one explained it better yet than you.

Your channel is amazing by the way, but did have one request. Could you develop a monthly budget detail tab? One that could show any reallocations, potential and approved change orders, and track remaining contingencies?

Great model! Exactly what I was looking for. In the other version where you don't take the 'Actual' figures into account, there's the possibility to have manual input of the forecasted cash flows. Is it any reason why this is not included in this version with 'Actual' figures? If it is possible to have manual input here, how could I incorporate it?

Spencer I have a question for you. How can I increment de number of months in your model? For example right now the model has 24 months but I would like to make a cash flow with 36 months. Can you help me?

Sorry for the late response here, but here's a tutorial on how to add periods to this model: ruclips.net/video/s2oHyQMYoDo/видео.html
