Thank for another great video, Spencer. Would there be a lesson where you build this out from scratch? Would be huge for some interviews - a real difference would be made.
Hi, Great Video! I would like to know how you would adapt the model to include manual input for actual spend as well as remaining S-Curve. e.g. I want to input actually cost in Month 1 and the remaining months costs must be adjusted to take into account month 1's actual to balance to the original budget?
Hi Bruce - I just addressed this concept in a new blog post/video/model. You can find that here: www.adventuresincre.com/actual-forecast-construction-draw-schedule-with-s-curve/
@@elroyblackbean A great way to learn is to take apart others' models and put them back together. It's actually one of the reasons Michael and I begin sharing all of our models for free. Here's our library: www.adventuresincre.com/library-real-estate-excel-models/ You can also try one of our Watch Me Builds: www.adventuresincre.com/watch-build-multifamily-real-estate-model/
this is awesome but where do you put the end date?

Bruce Jelley - Sounds like a fun challenge... I'll see if I can't get a follow-up video and blog posted in the next week tackling that challenge.

Haha - the perils of recording at home on a weekend! Kids playing in the background. Thanks for watching!
@@adventuresincre It keeps it real! Thanks for taking the time to record all of it. Any advice for a newbie learning all of this for the first time?
