Great review as always. Hey, ever think of putting older bags or pouches or duplicates up for sale ? I noticed a guy I subscribe to has started to put stuff he does not use anymore on ETSY. I will bet you have bags all over the house.
I’ve used the MR 3DAP for a while and over time have come to dislike the tri-zip design. But this style pack has enough great features that it’s easy to still grab it on the way out the door. Good review.
Hey man I appreciate you speaking up about your experience with the tri zip configuration. What exactly did you dislike so much about it? I certainly have some ideas about why I wouldn't like the trim zip. But I got no experience with it. Although I will say, that the particular one that he just "reviewed" sure looked very nice. I think it's got a lot to do with that camp pattern. ✌️
@@lukuscarter3563 for me I never felt like it handed both square items and round items well together. It’s not a great bag for a laptop or other square bulky items. Plus, the bag has a tendency to puke out all the contents when you attempt to utilize the tri-zip. That being said, it’s got a great feature set, is reasonably tough, and has a fantastic harness.
As always great review George. Please review the Mystery Ranch Blitz 30. Its kind of like the 2dap but full clamshell with 5.11 rush 72 quick access pockets. Cheers and God bless.
What you just dont get, like you showed on the Blitz30. They have this finnicky handpe. Its just waiste, if would 100% diy a handle on their. Its night and day difference if that handle is a solid one
Ive looked on their site a couple times, but cant seem to find one model which has this 3 zipper system but just a bit smaller. Perhaps say 22-24liter. This system looks subleme
I've been using this pack for month and I think is great pack, but... more for hiking than for EDC. I've got three issues: 1. It looks much bigger than it realy is. 2. The mesh pocket on the top should be accesible from inside. 3. Shoulder straps loosen during use. They slowly loosen on their own and I have to tighten them once every kilometer. It's quite irritating.
I’ve had a same issue as your #1. I can fit the same amount of gear in my LBT 22L Day Pack as I can in my 27L 2-DAP. And the 2-DAP has larger dimensions 😖
The size issue is what I noticed most , the design and shape makes it look like a 45l bag, and the 3 zipper Y configuration makes it hard to load . The biggest issue is how big it looks , I need the opposite so no one stops me at the airport to check weight and size 😂
Like this "hip strap" vs "hip belt" distinction.
Yo George please post more content. You are the best RUclips edc reviewer. You’re the best ❤
On it!

Another great review George. I always enjoy watching u break down all the features.
Al's a nice detail, is thay yandle at the bottom feont side. That is usefull when handling the bag sideways. Rrslly good detail
Thorough review! That bag has tons of features.
What a amazing pack. Such a cool color scheme. This would be a amazing giveaway. Fantastic video as always.
Thanks for the review again George!

I don't really care about camo gear, but that is one good looking backpack.
I’m not a camo guy but I’m digging this one!
Great video George!
My dude, when you gonna review something from Hill People Gear? They seem right up your alley! Especially the Umlindi pack!
Looks really good. I haven’t looked at many packs lately but price doesn’t seem so bad considering what I paid for my other MR packs
I find it kinda pricey considering I’ve been able to find non-collab brand new MR 2-DAPS for $150 😅

Would like to see this also!
the lower set of compression straps appear to be mostly decorative ha
The top ones don’t do much better at compressing. Any compression causes the 3 zippers to crumble/fold up in an awkward manner.

Much love.
Just curious how would you compare the 2dap to the eberlestock switchblade?

Could you do a crye precision avs 1000 pack review? they're more tactical but I have friend who uses it for a EDC
Excellent video I love this bag, an opinion which you think is better the MysterRanch or the TripleAughtDesign Fast Pack Litespeed
Never had Triple Aught Design Fast Pack Litespeed so I can't say
Dope Review.
Appreciate that
Love it, hate the price.
George, do you like the blitz 30 or the two day assault better?
I like the u shape opening over the trizip. That's just me. Blitz
Do you prefer the MR 2DA over the GR1 for edc.
George which would you pick this one Kifaru Checkpoint or Goruck gr 2. Mainly business travel I work alot in the field.
Both are great.. I would go GR2 because of the shoulder straps and better color selection.
@@GeorgeDEFINED
Just picked up the gr2 40L in wolf grey.
Hard color to find but ebay has just about everything..lol
Wooder? Fellow 215er?
Damn. They don't ship to the EU.
Would you go with this size or the 21L for hikes and extended day trips? I’m a similar size to you. Thanks!
The 21 is perfect for day hikes..
Go 2 Day..
Trust the expert 😂
George, I'll be honest, I miss the clean shaved George :)
He might come back! Lol
