if you've live here long enough, you would have heard story about the owner. he used to own another restaurant at the other end of the same plaza, where " crown jewel fine dining " is located. if i'm not mistaken, it's called " sam woo something ". they sell fancy dishes and banquet. some years ago, the owner decided to close it down, his stuff hadn't been paid for months, same as the supplier. as the law go, he declare bankruptcy to escape response. it was quite a news on the local chinese newspaper.

你想聽關於三和的另一個版本嗎 ? 他們員工說關閉那間酒樓, 是因為家庭問題, 不是爭人錢. 這是一間實惠食店, 地方雖然不靚, 但貨真假實. 良心食店. 叉燒和燒鴨都好食, 燒肉就比較瘦, 因是用了中豬, 所以唔係好肥. 很多人都冇留意燒鴨皮上的鴨毛, 三和的燒鴨去毛去得很乾淨. 有機會買燒鴨時留意下, 很多燒鴨皮都好多毛, 尤其是平嗰啲燒鴨. 通常如果食物落咗味精食後就會覺得口渴.

以前三和的確很出名,但係现在的食物質素已差左很多！買燒腊最好唔好斬,因為會 唔见左幾件㗎！
