Welcome back to my channel Abhi's Vichar. This video in Hindi is about the passion of Vishwmitra and how it created havoc in all three world. Vishwamitra was a great king and he met Maharshi Vashisht in his hermitage. Vishwamitra wanted to take Vashist's chrismatic cow Shabala, which Vashist denied. There was a war between Vishwamitra and Shabala's soldiers based on Vashist's order. Vishwamitra's army and his all sons except one were killed. An angry Vishwamitra did Mahadev's workship and took all divyastras. He attacked Vashist with all divyastras, however, nothing worked on Vashist and Vashist's yogic powers prevailed above all Divyastras. Vishwamitra started doing tapasya for several years Brahma appeared, however, Vishwamitra did not get the title of Maharishi which he wanted. King Trishanku wanted to go to heaven which was denied by Vashisht. Vishwamitra tried to move Trishanku by his yogic powers and the whole episode led to Vashisht son's getting killed by him. He created stars and heaven for Trishanku while Indra and other devtas tried to stop Vishwamitra. Indra sent Meneka to deviate Vishwamitra from the tapas. Vishwamitra fell in relationship with Meneka for 10 years. He realized that he lost several years and again started his austerity. Indra's Rambha apsara plan was failed. Another time Indra came and took the divya food from vishwamitra deviating him from austerity. Vishwamitra controlled his anger and learnt self control brilliantly. Finally God Brahma was compelled to give the position of Maharishi to Vishwamitra. Maharishi Vashist also acknowledged Vishwamitra as Maharishi and Vishwamitra also removed his revengeful thoughts from his mind. Vishwamitra provided several divyastras to Lord Ram. Vishwamitra created the Gayatri Mantra.
