This is honestly one of the best songs ive ever heard, it is one of the very few songs that I have listened to so many times but have not gotten bored of at all and its been over a year since I found it lol. I think the drum pattern and the weird samples that come with it is a large part of what makes it so good, as well as the counting vocals and how varied all of the different sections are. What you find in this track are elements you don't find in tracks today. I don't know that much about tracker music/demoscene but they make some absolute gems that's for sure!
Hey, thanks for uploading this. I've looked at the module, but I never noticed the unused tracks before. Yukisatellites is a masterpiece, but if the hidden tracks were made to fit the tempo a bit better, they could easily make the song better.
A perfect score for a scifi animated film A mass shooting between the protagonist, Andrea, a cherry-flower haired biologist and some fly-humanoids in a futurist theme park from a distant planet.
This is true. As I said, the song is a masterpiece. BUT as far as retro music goes, this MOD is pretty poorly made. Think about it. There are a bunch of unused tracks and samples in it, the samples that are used are way bigger than they need to be, and the file itself is 10Mb. As far as mods go, that's enormous. I could download almost all of modarchive in less than a second, but Yukisattelites takes a few seconds all by itself.
yes, but I don't know about anyobe else - to me this doesn't sound like lazyness it's either the project version of the track got released instead of the finished one, or it went out too early somehow, or alternatively, on the opposite ebd - it was completely intentional, I just have no idea why but that could just be the tone of the music forcing me to overthibk it. It's not a massive deal, especially jowadays, and I can't imagine .any people being very disappointed after going through the transfer process whatever method it would've been.
From the unofficial XM format specification: In the original FastTracker II specification the maximum value was 32. However, XM files containing more than 32 channels do exist. μFMOD suggests 64 as a more realistic maximum value. This one has 32 channels.
@@trydowave I'm not familiar with Amiga's TFMX but there's only so much 68000 and Paula can handle. Fasttracker II a PC tracker and XM is its native format, the software mixes all channels into a single stream. Only 7 channels can fit the editor on the screen, but notice the scopes on middle left section of the screen, numbered 0-31.
I had totally forgotten about those patterns, but hearing them again they do sound familiar :) Thanks for sharing.
rymdlego this song was way ahead of its time dude! Your a fucking God
Do you still make music?
Radix the absolute chiller
One of the best modules of all time. Can easily make me cry.
Legend ❤
Like watching the Director's Cut!

I see you've uploaded a few good tracks as well. Know any other good mods?
Can you upload YS (with hidden parts) as .xm format?

literally a minute after posting this I found that indeed the song was never supposed to come out as a module, and what we got was the project file.
Ah yes, I have seen most of those. I also liked these two.

so does XM format have 7 channels?

@@Karaffka how does it work, are these software channels, like tfmx?
