Gopro Hero 9 Black audio issues

Thanks for popping by, yet again I have issues with the Gopro Hero 9 Black. A few weeks ago it corrupted the SD card half way through a ride out, plus the audio is not good. Today it picked up ambient sound but not my voice, how does that happen ?
Anyway this video demonstrates the issues, it is a bit of a test video so don't expect a long trip anywhere.

Its a shame Gopros are so unreliable as the picture quality is great when working correctly. I've given up with Gopro and moved to Insta. Use a cheap Hamo Viop laptop microphone, they work quite well and I think give good clear on board audio.

I use some folded earplugs so the mis doesn't wobble about and its waterproof swell then

I have very old go-pro 4 blacks. Very reliable., I record voice with an external recorder. Yes more work but always reliable. I would love to update the camera to get some stabilization. However I have heard of so many issues with the new ones. Great views Mate. 😎

Yes I have thought of that but as you say it's more work. I have just been on a ride but the audio is so bad I'm only going to put some snipets up with some music. It's becoming a right headache. Thanks for the comment Sir. See you soon.
