That is very slow ! I thought it was slow that when we were under a tornado watch they told Norfolk Southern to only travel at 20 mph. We didn’t get the tornado thank goodness !

Thanks! They were instructed to do no faster than 3 mph to keep traction motors dry.

@@kgirl4078They also had to stop for ten minutes once they cleared the water and let the traction motors dry out before proceeding again.
