    I love this show👏👏🎉🎉. Lots of useful, helpful information is learned in a very fun, easy way. We talk about fiber at home, but I am having the whole family watching this segment!! Also it is crazy how Cubans complaint about having to eat all kind of beans forgetting about the health side effects these provide for our bodies. I'm proud to be one of the few who didn't complaint as much😉...lentil are not my cup of tea and I have not have some in 23 years!!!😱
