get rid of stock air box and filter, get a uni pod filter. adds literally 2 hp. tighten the gap on plug or get better coil and cdi and that will fix the stuttering on accel. also do the shift star mod. google it.will fix all issues in trans. i have the same bike but a 2019. run a 110 main jet.
WHAT GOOD ARE THE 190CC REPLACEMENT MOTOR'S IF YOU HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. Every month or two for gear problems or whatever, . Sounds like a big waste of money and time
I'D LOVE TO PUT ONE OF THOSE 190CC MOTOR'S IN MY DB17 DIRT BIKE, BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THE TRANSMISSION IS CRAP BOUND TO """FAIL"" . I don't think I'd want to waste my time or money
thats a known problem but easily fixed with justa washer and you're good to go, here in the uk you can buy them with the upgraded gear selector paw, these engines are great once you fix that little issue
The engine will end up doing the same thing they need the shift star mod done to it the engine are all built off the Honda design and all have the same problems and you don't want to kick start it there prone to snap the input shaft when kicked over use electric start.👍👌✌️💯🏍️
The Motor he pulled out can be fixed and it one of the most common problem there a company that will fix all the common problems before you buy it called ooc racing the also sell a kit to do it yourself if you don't buy the engine from them there also on RUclips with the repair videos 👍👌✌️💯🏍️🥂
@@ManKidCS yup if you're willing to do things to the engine before you put it in or order it from ooc racing sight it will be more $. With out the upgrade the z's 190cc complete engine kit go for 800$ to your door I wouldn't pay more then that. That company I think also sell a kit to do it yourself and they have video on how to install the replacement parts. The zs190cc a 5 speed on street it 75-80mph come with oil cooler 👍👌✌️💯🏍️

Idk why you didn't just replace for a nice 160 or a daytona I bet you've already had problems with this replacement engine lol very nice bikes though

How do u hook up Cdi
plug and play. it has a connector piece that snaps into your stock wire piece.
