Even my Father just before he passed away almost 10 years ago, heard me playing
Barry's songs constantly, and he confessed to me one day, that he Loved Barry as a
singer and performer. Especially when he did the albums "Showstoppers" and the
other one from the 40's which name escapes me. "Dancing in the Dark" and "Where
or When" and his Cover of "If tomorrow Never Comes" are some of his, for me, Best
ever renditions. Thank You Barry.

This is from 2017. Saw him live in 2016 and never noticed this but seeing him yesterday it was very apparent how restricted his jaw is. Could still belt out the classics though.
@@grouchosays he was an absolutely sublime singer-singwriter… and even though age has affected his voice as it would anyone in their 70s, his voice is still wonderful. Why are you judging a man with a 60 year career and one of the most celebrated singers of our lifetime, by people of all genres and backgrounds, based solely on a croaky interview aged 74? That’s pretty sad.
@@Shelsight He didn’t write most of his hits. Mandy and I Write the Songs not his. I Write the Songs written by Bruce Johnston now of The Beach Boys.
