I'm surprised you can make out the syllables. I've been trying to learn how to throat sing and can get it sometimes but can't maintain it for long before my throat starts to hurt. I guess that build up with practice.

Only the lyrics. I’m close but they are not quite exact. But I’ve been singing this particular Tuvan style for decades, so that wasn’t too hard.
