Gilmour will be nicely rested for both the Roma games.
From a fulham fan we were outstanding and Brighton were very poor and all I can say to Brighton is good luck with the rest of the season coyw ❤
It's going to be a very tough end of season, wins will be a premium. I think RDZ has some very strange tactics, too many rotations, in-effective substitutions, too much possession football without an end result. Bloom needs to buy players, ready to play ones.
I can't help thinking Van Hecke would have stopped at least the first two goals if he had been in his normal position.
Was a bit strange starting four CBs. I wish the wing backs would hit the line more and fire in crosses for Fergie to attack. Love you BHA and let’s go smash Roma ( at least a draw would be good).
Why is steele a talking point in this game? What did he do wrong? What would verbruggen being in goal this game have changed? If he was in goal would he be getting focused on or would it be the defence?
The rotation is regular, no one is getting dropped, no one is being rested.. no one's condifence is being erroded. The regular rotation of two very similar very good keepers is beneficial especially if one suffers an injury the other is always match ready.
The injury list is what's derailed the general form - that's mainly it. Individual players form peaks and troughs.
We're in a difficult situation with players coming back from injury where are you going to fit in new signings without rotating.
The thing that seemed an odd decision was not playing barco after the expected bright start he had previously but you would think de zerbi must have a good reason.
We're still in a good place, players will start coming back from injury, general confidence and form will return.
Fulham at home, their fans must be quite embarrassed 😳 for the lack of support they can muster. Terrible, bit quite like the performance from our players. Left the ground pretty angry to be honest, of just how easily it was for Fulham to walk straight through our midfield and defence.
Nice not to get the same abuse my son and I suffered up at Spurs after that game a few weeks ago, the last time we were in the big smoke.
Clearly RDZ wants to win the Europa League, as that was the most heaviest rotated squad we have had all season. Just hope he has a magical plan and Barco is somehow apart of that perhaps? 🤔 Roma have huge pedigree in Europe, we need the experienced and senior players or to step up. Surely Welbz starts in Rome?
Finally Jack Albion gets it spot on, ref is crap and how Baleba was a yellow I will never know!
UTA for what is an our biggest game in our 123 history on Thursday night. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
Is that the best you've got, Fulham smashed you on the pitch, it should have been 5 and Fulham's fans are notorious for not being heard at home, the acoustics from the Hammersmith End just get lost, but the back 10 rows are noisy f***ers and we out sung you at the Fishbowl in Falmer, really happy with 4 from 6 points....see you next season geezer!
5 WINS OUT OF THE LADT 21 matches.
RELEGATION FORM! Need to get our act together really quickly.
COME ON BRIGHTON!
Is that relegation form? Why are you ignoring the other 5 wins? We’re 9th fella and 5 points off 6th! Let’s judge come the end of the season
Ask me while I was standing in the rain at the Goldstone ground, losing 3 nil against Millwall if I would complain about the prospect of going to Rome to play against Roma in the Euros.
Hard to be critical of Albion despite ineffective performance last 2 away days - Hoping Gross starts in Rome where Pragmatism may be needed 🔵 UTA 🇮🇪
Come on you seagulls ❤❤
surprised you didn't bash Caicedo in this episode
UTA always
I know people wont agree with this but just do not rate De Zerbi as a coach. The players are just bamboozled by his tactics.
Slagging another teams supporters down , let yourself down there , I’ve been to Brighton many times first time 1969 and would never slag you down ,there again your young ,,, oh fulham have been in Europe a few times and even the europa final in 2010 ,
Hope we win with Roma.Just losing confidence with the way De Zerbi is picking the team.6 Defenders at Fulham, and please dont go on about injurys that excuse was getting old 2 months ago.
Brighton fans, worst at The Cottage this season, Muniz owned the Brighton back line but apparently he's shit! The most deluded fans in the Prem down at The Shamex
Simon Hooper is a terrible referee.
That is all 🤝
Agreed
This rotation was needed. Can lose every leage match for the rest of the season. As long as we’re still in europa
Yes would just about escape Relegation if that happened but dont ask me to watch such a dogs dinner if that happened.
That’s unlikely we’ve still got to play forest and Burnley, surely 6 points there!
@@DEFENDER-lx2hsmatey Luton aren’t getting many more than 30 points!
@@goych Anything can happen they say if you get 40 points your always safe.
@@DEFENDER-lx2hs West Ham went down with 42 one year
37 is generally accepted as safe
But the league doesn’t have a points limit it’s just what happens
But this season Everton and forest are due more points deductions and Luton are highly unlikely to find another 20 points!
That’s my take
Also we are good at home remember (as are Fulham) and we still have to play United who we love playing!
If we draw or beat Roma on Thursday everyone will be beaming again!
Still a great season people just a bit more competitive
We always knew we’d struggle to get the same points tally as last year
