Thanks so much my man, sorry for the late reply, been on adventures looking for adventures.....best thing about TT02B is it can be set up the way you want...great car can't wait to get mine back out 😁✌
Thanks so much mate.....I have always been amazed by what is capable on the TT02B....good luck my man i hope you get yours setup to perform on your track.....luv to see more Tamiyas on the tracks ✌
Great video, mate! Yeah, I think my TT-02B is pretty similar to yours, I am missing the upgrade shock towers, gotta get them someday, he he! Especially good choice on the steering upgrades, in my opinion the most important, take out as much slop as possible of the steering rack... I'm looking forward to see some more with this, how you like to drive it... Now over to Scaleworks, see that speedrun!
Thanks so much mate, i haven't driven the car yet i took it to the track today but was too muddy, will try again next week, hopefully with the upgrades we will able to do laps without too much trouble will have to wait and see, yes Scaleworks inspired us with his speed run to get the TT02B built sooner rather than later, amazing work, will need to check yours out too soon😃👍
Cheers mate, let's hope so, have been trying to get some track time with it but the weather has been holding us back, hopefully soon with abit of luck 🙂👍
Thanks so much mate, yep for sure will consider oil, springs ,want to take it on the track first to see how it does and see what we need to fine tune, definitely going to need tyres 🙂👍
Thanks so much mate, awesome entry level car to start with and upgrade , the loads of upgrades made these cars so popular , just need to see now if this car cuts it on the track for practice 😀👍
Mate I just got some track time with this car and the turn buckle set makes it a must, being able to tune camber and toe in /out and steering is a huge advantage 😀👍
That's awesome thanks so much man, will look into it , first will see how it goes on the track with these upgrades and then will fine tune, thanks again for the tip, cheers 😀👍
@@shadowracer2311 i know it still needs are few things and tuning but need to take it on the track for some practise laps to confirm, track was wet last week will try again this week, this car will see some action very soon 😃✌
Cheers mate yes I think the layout is similar , both entry level but I think the DF02 has some slightly better components like the gears, I haven't built one yet so I can't confirm, but both are a step under the DF03 😀👍
Thanks mate, will be taking it to the track soon, waiting on a fee good days for the track to be dry, I take my time with the builds so this one took me from the morning to afternoon, roughly 🙂👍
Cheers mate, I think somewhere down the track we might put a brushless motor in there to see the difference ,first want to compare how the different chassis handle around the track..but your right a brushless setup on the TT02B would be awesome 👌
Brother, I’m glad I found your channel! I just ordered one for myself and gonna follow your setup. 🤙🏽😁

Hehe, thanks for the shoutout and that buggy looks like a dominator! Can't wait to see how it performs 🦾
No problemos man, I want to get it out on track soon and just learn the layout , jump speeds etc, I'm sure now this buggy is up for the task 🙂👍
@@rcbloka Awesome.. It's really nice to feel like part of the community 🫡
Buggy looks awesome! Looks ready to race!
Cheers mate, let's hope so, have been trying to get some track time with it but the weather has been holding us back, hopefully soon with abit of luck 🙂👍
Nice build and video! One comment: you may consider using thicker oil in the front vs. the rear instead.
Thanks so much mate, yep for sure will consider oil, springs ,want to take it on the track first to see how it does and see what we need to fine tune, definitely going to need tyres 🙂👍
Great build. Built a few of these and great value and loads of upgrades.
Thanks so much mate, awesome entry level car to start with and upgrade , the loads of upgrades made these cars so popular , just need to see now if this car cuts it on the track for practice 😀👍
Nice build, wish I had one! 🤓
Thanks buddy, these cars being an entry level are pretty affordable these days 👍
Great chassis on this buggy.
Sure is mate, the fact that you can go all out on this chassis and set it up they way you want definitely makes it popular 😀👍
Im going to look up the parts to convert my TT02 with the turn buckle set.
Mate I just got some track time with this car and the turn buckle set makes it a must, being able to tune camber and toe in /out and steering is a huge advantage 😀👍
Great build 👍
Thanks so much mate 😀 👍
Great and entertaining video. I'm also a fan of the TT-02B 👍
Thanks so much buddy, for all the things you can do to a TT02B it's hard not to be a fan of this buggy 😀✌
2 internal spacers in the rear and zero in the front. You will actually be able to jump it.
I followed the dt-02 shock build instructions.
That's awesome thanks so much man, will look into it , first will see how it goes on the track with these upgrades and then will fine tune, thanks again for the tip, cheers 😀👍
Wooo. 👍always. Late to the party but last to leave. Yes sir. 💯🔥💪🏼. Keep up the great content. Enjoying it wooo😊
Thanks so much CrazyDad, will see how this does on the track 🙂👍
That’s an awesome build! 🔥🔥
Thanks so much mate, alot of fun building this only thing left is to see it in action 😄👍

This car is basically the same as the DF02 from the early 2000's
Cheers mate yes I think the layout is similar , both entry level but I think the DF02 has some slightly better components like the gears, I haven't built one yet so I can't confirm, but both are a step under the DF03 😀👍
@rcbloka I have a DF02 Gravel Hound and the only real difference I see is the battery tray but everything else is almost identical
OMG, that buggy looks amazing. Can't wait to see it an action. Btw, how much time it takes you to put together this project?
Thanks mate, will be taking it to the track soon, waiting on a fee good days for the track to be dry, I take my time with the builds so this one took me from the morning to afternoon, roughly 🙂👍
Just found your channel. Very Cool Video. Where’s the new track you’re talking about that’s opening soon? I’m in Sydney.
Thanks mate, the new track is at Lansdowne, across from the old track, the first track I have raced at in the 90s 😀👍
I'm 3 months late, but its better if the DF03 is brushed and the TT02B is Brushless.
Cheers mate, I think somewhere down the track we might put a brushless motor in there to see the difference ,first want to compare how the different chassis handle around the track..but your right a brushless setup on the TT02B would be awesome 👌
