Yeap! This was the best version in my opinion and you are correct assuming you mean Placebo was much, much better while Steve Hewitt was a part of the band.
Sadly this song and bands like Placebo makes people miss.. Instead of living their energy and lyrics, getting out there creating new memories, right here and right now..
this song is so sad and beautiful hopeless true tragic lovers broken lost and found inside each other has alot of soul for new age fast music I like the unexpected sound/voice
Sucker love is heaven sent You pucker up, our passion's spent My heart's a tart, your body's rent My body's broken, yours is bent Carve your name into my arm Instead of stressed, I lie here charmed 'Cause there's nothing else to do Every me and every you Sucker love, a box I choose No other box I choose to use Another love I would abuse No circumstances could excuse In the shape of things to come Too much poison come undone 'Cause there's nothing else to do Every me and every you Every me and every you Every me Sucker love is known to swing Prone to cling and waste these things Pucker up for heaven's sake There's never been so much at stake I serve my head up on a plate It's only comfort, calling late 'Cause there's nothing else to do Every me and every you Every me and every you Every me Every me and every you Every me Like the naked leads the blind I know I'm selfish, I'm unkind Sucker love I always find Someone to bruise and leave behind All alone in space and time There's nothing here but what here's mine Something borrowed, something blue Every me and every you Every me and every you Every me Every me and every you Every me Every me and every you Every me Every me and every you Every me Every me and every you Every me Every me and every you Every me
Quite incredible, perfect intro, amazing song and fantastic performance of it; plus, perfect time of day. SUNSET can make the so called support band more memorable than headliners. Remember Waterboys at Glasto about 87
This was the last evening of the festival after a muddy and often rainy festival weekend. Already a bit tired this concert was pure magic and for me and one of the highlights of the festival. Everything fittet together, Music, weather, crowd, timing. Still get goosebumps watching this.
This is one of my favorite songs, by one of my favorite bands, and I obviously love the album version, HOLY FUCKING HELL, this live version! I've heard it before, but it's been a long time, and I remembered it being good, but damn, I kind of forgot just how fucking incredible it is!
A lot of fresh comments here ^^ It seems people are missing guys a lot in 2020! Can't wait to listen to the 8th album. And need their concerts badly, too...
One of my favourite bands performing an awesome version of one of my favourite songs. I've seen these lads 4 times dating back to 1999, epic performance every time 🤟
Great live performance they're perfoming faster this amazing song and still remains an incredible piece of art timeless and classic the same time it's definitely a pleasure to listening and watching this video......!!!!!!!
Great live and a top quality video cheers. The first song I ever heard of theirs was this one when I watched cruel intentions and I have been a fan of Placebo ever since .
I don't recall anyone complaining about concert footage lingering on a single shot angle for more then two seconds but yet every single live track you try watch today has been edited by someone with deeply unresolved adhd.

It's an awesome track

sucks for them because they couldn't catch a video or picture to remember! Also cameras were a thing still?

GNR on Friday, Metallica on Saturday, this one Sunday. What more can you wish for? Glad to have been there in person. Still coming back to it in 2024.
I can feel the air with this music outside from my house .... Woooh
This is not only Placebo's best song but arguably their greatest live performance as well, I wish that this lineup could have stayed together.

Camera man: How much camera movement do you need?
Director: Yes
It was over done and irritating
More sunset shots
Yes. Its like Stagefright (Motörhead) - a brilliant concert ruined by epileptic camera movements and editing.
2000's nostalgia! 🤩🔥🤘
The golden hour sun, setting, song. Surreal. Amazing!
Is fantastic
Its real
What a Amazing Song in a Perfect Sunset
We need this version on Spotify 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Insanely immense just brilliant and the camera shot of Brian Moloko in with golden sun smashing guitar is well...simply golden!!! Rock on dudes 🤐
That sun background 🤙🏼
Sucker love is heaven sent
You pucker up, our passion's spent
My heart's a tart, your body's rent
My body's broken, yours is bent
Carve your name into my arm
Instead of stressed, I lie here charmed
'Cause there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Sucker love, a box I choose
No other box I choose to use
Another love I would abuse
No circumstances could excuse
In the shape of things to come
Too much poison come undone
'Cause there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me
Sucker love is known to swing
Prone to cling and waste these things
Pucker up for heaven's sake
There's never been so much at stake
I serve my head up on a plate
It's only comfort, calling late
'Cause there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me
Every me and every you
Every me
Like the naked leads the blind
I know I'm selfish, I'm unkind
Sucker love I always find
Someone to bruise and leave behind
All alone in space and time
There's nothing here but what here's mine
Something borrowed, something blue
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me
Every me and every you
Every me
Every me and every you
Every me
Every me and every you
Every me
Every me and every you
Every me
Every me and every you
Every me

Thanks! 😊
