what he means is that, there's always the men, one full of sperms that wants one thing only; being sex ext.., and the other, not so full of them, wanting the other/being more rational... and then he goes on about his and his friend "test", if you feel something for someone, go to the toilet, loose some sperm and come back, and if you feel the very same feelings for said person, than its something more than just the sex.
