I watched whole video and got scout x, to be honest this might be good as made in india, but as i have used this for almost 2000km, this does not give ample light be aware and dont buy. And please dont get offended but on paper it is great but on road its bad very bad and comparision with baha designs was really not apple to apple 😅
@@utkarshgovekar Provide the name or show a link to an image or video. Maddog is never the best, but it is worth the cost. The quality of LED, colour temperature, fit and finish of the housing, all are good. If they are providing spare parts for repair, that is exceptional.
Quality of Projector fog lamps are really good. I am using it on my speed 400. It has high and low feature like headlamps. Cut off line for low beam is precise and sharp. Watts is minimal just 40 watts in total.
@@utkarshgovekar I prefer projector spot-pattern aux-lights to reflector flood-pattern ones. Bridgelux is a good brand, one of the top LED makers, possibly just below Nichia in popularity. But I haven't seen a multi-colour aux light that I like yet, mainly because each beam focuses on different spots. Also, I like the build quality of the Maddog lights. I took them apart the first time I got them, and they are really well-built. The thermal sinking and waterproofing are well implemented. I only wish they had a 100% spot model.
@@Thecuriousmind123 HJG brand doesn’t offer warranty while Maddog does that too for 18 months. HJG are not waterproof. The product only claims to be water resistant. HJG’s Switches aren’t that robust and feels cheap. Not all HGJs light are plug and play. Overall HJGs are somewhat reliable but they are like “chale to chaand tk warna shaam tk”. If you have a budget for maddog then go for it. If not, go for HJG.
There is actually something wrong with this. It seems their ingress protection rating may not have been tested by any lab. I asked for a cert and they asked me to come to the factory to show it. As a buyer, am I not entitled to look at the IP cert before buying a product? P.S. This feels similar to what tiivra did with their helmet rating.
