I’m gonna try adding tumeric and paprika to my epis. Sounds good but i’ve never had it that way

You can freeze your epis in an ice cube tray and then just keep them in a freezer bag in the freezer. I make a big batch at the beginning of the month and then just throw a few cubes in whatever i’m making the night before to marinate.

Any tips for freezing epis? Or do you only use fresh epis?

Hey!! The glass jar helps preserve the epis so put it in a jar immediately after blending. Once you open the jar to use it, you need to store it in the refrigerator. Freezing is optional, but if you want to freeze it, do not use a glass jar.

Epis lasts a few months, just make sure you preserve it in a glass jar in the refrigerator or in a container in the freezer..
