may all who view this do some harm to tyranny in the multifaceted ways which every individual differs in skill, let it be also in the uniqueness of their harm upon tyranny such that no power and no plan can be made, which would remedy all, and countermeasuring itself becomes futility.

Hmm.... An work inspired by the American Revolution and Bill Of Rights? It all rings of noble intent, but today do not the many conditions, exceptions and provisions predicated on preserving "The Nation", "The General Good" and "Security" in the French Declaration, rather than preserving "The People" of the American Bill Of Rights, not suggest an important difference between what resulted after the American and French Revolutions? And, compared to the American Bill Of Rights, is not the French Declaration of Rights more like a modern Big Tech 'Terms and Conditions' statement? And one which the Nazis understood very well. "The Law has only the right to forbid only those things which are harmful to society" Not so nice when society is redefined by Nazis, Tyrants and Cronies....
Note to all: the Supreme Court ruled that libraries are limited public access. Filming is allowed, only with consent of the building manager or their designee. Libraries must post this at every door. This arose out of a homeless man (smelled to high heaven) that was watching porn and showing it to anyone that walked by. He was also filming. People need to point out to auditors that PUBLIC includes limited public forum, limited to time, place, and manner (“TPM”) restrictions. Even in a traditional public forum (town square, public park etc), the government can prohibit a speaker from giving a speech in a public park at midnight with a bullhorn, as it might disrupt the peace and quiet of a neighborhood. All this BS by Long Island Auditor (SeanPaul Reyes), etc can be arrested, charged, fined etc for these violations. The Supreme Court has not granted the press more access rights than the public. For example, the court has ruled that the press has the right to be present at criminal trials, basing it on the history and tradition of the general public having a right to attend. They cannot film anywhere they want (ie, filming restricted areas. SeanPaul wanted to film in the DMV and PII was displayed on screens for customers. This is a violation of law as well, as the DMV cannot shield the information AND show the customer their own information at the same time. One frauditor at a time.... Lets start with the pedophiles first, and those who film children at elementary schools and library's.
Half of what you said was completely wrong. This is what you call a "half-truth." Anywhere the public is allowed the PRESS is allowed; yes, even with cameras. The only exception would be courtrooms. You must understand that none of us have an expectation of privacy in public. Whatever my eyes can see while I'm in a public place; whatever my ears can hear while I'm in a public place; I can film and publish.
