Lunar Threat: A Hero's Welcome | Budapest Scoring Session

Here in semester three of my masters program with Berklee Online, we've arrived at our first experience recording with a studio orchestra. At the beginning of the semester, we were given two film scenes to choose from to compose a cue to be recorded remotely with The Budapest Scoring Orchestra.
The scene I choose, Lunar Threat, follows a hero's journey to save planet Earth from an advanced race of aliens that has colonized and weaponized the moon. Upon defeating the aliens, the hero returns to Earth in celebration where she is awarded high honors in a medal ceremony.
