If Vauxhall were trying to make an expansive estate that drives like a brick that occasionally caught fire, then they would have succeeded!
What Vauxhall actually managed to make was a 7 seat MPV that meets the minimum requirements to seat 7 and no more. I would argue that even this statement should be debated as most humans have legs.
If it wasn't for the rock bottom price when new and a steady stream of "mobility car purchases" I doubt very much that our roads would be infested with these MPVs.
There are much better cars out there but you have to pay a little more to get them. I reviewed the Citroen C4 Picasso recently and although I hate to recommend a french car....... the Picasso is better than this.
Pros: Cheap, common on our roads so parts are easy to get, less likely to go up in flames at random than previous model
Cons: Cramped interior, rear seats almost useless, poor road handling.
